  Costa was so much fun to spend the afternoon with. We learned so much about Greek cuisine and all of the amazing ingredients that make the food so wonderful here. We also learned that there is never “too much” olive oil! We highly recommend this experience if you happen to be staying in or passing through Napfolio.   Our extended family had an wonderful evening with Chef Kostas. The grandkids (and the rest of us!) were thrilled to help prepare our meal. The lessons, the food, the wine, and the whole experience was amazing. More than just a cooking lesson, it was a cultural experience as well. This was a highlight of our trip to Greece and we highly recommend it.

  We had an excellent experience cooking and enjoying the prepared four course lunch with wine pairings. Not only did we learn new cooking techniques and about Greek food but also about Greek wines. One, if not the best, meals we’ve had in Greece. Highly recommend.

  This class was included in a tour with Road Scholar. Our group made 4 absolutely delicious dishes: Greek salad, dolmadakia (grape leaves stuffed with dill rice), yuvetsi (chicken stew with orzo), and galaktoboureko (custard baked in phyllo). This class is totally hands on: all doing, virtually no watching. Kostas and Agathe are great teachers. I learned something new with each dish, including the Greek salad which you might think is pretty basic, but Kostas's dressing twist is a keeper.   We loved the modern twists on traditional Greek cuisine and even our friend’s Greek mama who was travelling with us loved the experience (despite being dragged to the class under duress originally thinking that nobody could teach her anything about Greek cuisine). The wine pairing was also brilliant. A lovely evening.

  We were delighted by our cooking class and wine pairing at Savor. We learned some new cooking techniques and had so much fun with Costas and Agatha! The menu looked like simple Greek dishes but with Costas’ unique twists on some traditional Greek dishes our lunch was something very special! Agatha’s pairng of the wine with each dish made the whole experience extra special. We highly recommend this experience!

  This was truly an elegant and delicious culinary experience. It was my husband’s and my first time visiting Greece, and like our travels to other countries, we love taking cooking classes. This was by far the best class we've attended. Kostas and Agathi were the perfect hosts, making the experience even more memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious 4-course meal—each dish exceeded the last! Plus, there was a wine pairing with every course. The class was a fun, hands-on experience; not only did we get to prepare our meal, but with Kostas's extensive culinary knowledge, we also picked up many useful cooking tips. We highly recommend this class and it was an absolute pleasure to meet Agathi and Kostas.

  My husband and I love to cook and appreciate Greek cuisine. Costas and wife Agathi created a wonderful menu and shared deep understanding of local culinary trends, ingredients as well as history. Even though we've been to many cooking classes before, we learned new tips and tricks that we will be taking home with us to try out in our own kitchen. We highly recommend this experience when visiting Nafplio.
