Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park
The incredible aerial view of Uluru is a must-see. On this flight we also take you across to the spectacular domes of Kata Tjuta for a view that will leave you speechless. Due to the sacredness of this area so much of it is off limits from the ground, so the only way to really appreciate these amazing formations is to see them from above. You will not be disappointed.
Fly over the remains of an ancient coral reef on the way to Lake Amadeus, before descending down to conduct a low level pass following the inlet into the lake. Your pilot will then conduct some orbits at low level to witness the incredible patterns on the surface of the lake and the beautiful colors that make this one of the most breathtaking views in the area. As you climb, take in the 112-miles (180-kilometers) of the lake before departing for Kings Canyon.

AN AMAZING FLIGHT OVER ANCIENT LAND

5.00We decided the best way to see such an enormous area would be by plane. This trip took in Uluru, Kata Tjuta, Lake Amadeus & Kings Canyon. We were picked up at Sails by our pilot (Tim) & made our way to the airport. After safety outlines we took off in a small Cessna. What a wonderful adventure!! A beautiful morning flight capturing the grandeur of Uluru & Kata Tjuta - from a vastly different perspective. Tim outlined interesting aspects of both rock formations. We then made our way north to fly over Lake Amadeus. What a magnificent area. A huge salt lake that we were able to see filled with an abundance of water after recent rainfall. It looked like an enormous inland beach. Then onto Kings Canyon via truly amazing landforms that were covered in very green vegetation (again after recent rains). Kings Canyon was another wonderful & different landform & we gained a different perspective of its vastness from above. Our flight was 3 hours long & was a truly fabulous experience for us both. Our pilot Tim was a brilliant guide to showing us this remarkable part of Australia.

5.00An incredible way to see the Rock and a must do !! I was a little nervous beforehand but Jack, the pilot, was excellent and put me at ease. Very reasonably priced and an opportunity of a lifetime!

5.00We had an amazing experience on the Ultimate Outback Adventure flight with Pilot Jake he was very professional, extremely friendly, and very informative throughout the entire journey. He made us feel comfortable and gave us so much insight into the incredible landscapes below and Kings Canyon hike. We loved every second of the flight. It was breathtaking from start to finish and will be a lifelong memory for us. Highly recommend!

5.00This 2hr+ flight took us to wonderful views of Uluru, Kata Tjuta, Lake Amadeus, and the amazing Kings Canyon. Hayden provided an excellent commentary and answered our slew of questions. A very special moment with my wife, myself, and our pilot. Thoroughly recommend this way to see our beautiful land.

5.00We did The Ultimate Outback Adventure Tour. Pick up early from resorts to airport. Fixed wing plane which holds 3 passengers and pilot. Day starts at dawn take off and flies around Uluṟu as the sun rises then into Kata Tjuṯa and then onto lake Amadeus then into kings canyon. Pilot knowledge was great and able to answer any questions. We landed on cattle station desert airstrip which was very smooth as they say like butter. Land Rover pick up and transfer to the station, had a coffee and muffins then into king’s canyon for a walk through the base. Back to cattle station for some lunch before takeoff and back to Uluṟu. For us this was the best way to see the true outback. Pick up by
Poor Service - Not a tourist focused company

1.00I do not recommend this company, given it is a tourist focused company, and in an area where many people come to experience what we have. Their reception desk in the main shopping centre we never saw a single person. Just sign indicating to phone them or leave an email. When you phone them you cannot leave a message, the message says to email. When you email it took them 22 hours to respond. This poor service and given the number of tourist's staying in just our hotel from overseas and around AU, this company needs to take a look at management of hospitality and what it really means to provide service. Interesting to note their telephone message says they are out flying, really what a joke. Their message also is very outed given what they mention regarding Covid-19.... We spent our money with other companies that had staff at their reception desk, had a person at the end of telephone and responded to our requests in less than 25 minutes. This poor experience will certainly reflect in the many people we come into contact with. I hope they take this feedback serious and take the appropriate action as this is very embarrassing for AU Tourism.

5.00Tim our pilot was fantastic . Sunrise flight was great . The best way to see vastness of outback . Kings canyon , Uluru , and Olga’s different perspective from the sky . Would definitely recommend this company .
