Your adventure begins with your theory session and shallow-water training, held directly at Casa Cenote, a stunning open cenote surrounded by lush mangroves and crystal-clear water. Once you’re comfortable and ready, you’ll begin your first dive in the cenote — a calm and beautiful environment, perfect for beginners to enjoy their first moments underwater. After a short surface interval to switch tanks, have water, a sandwich, and fresh fruit, your instructor will guide you to your second dive at Cuevitas Reef, located just a short boat ride from Tulum. There, you’ll explore vibrant coral formations and spot tropical fish, turtles, and stingrays in the warm, turquoise Caribbean Sea. At Dive Machine, we are proud to be the only dive school in Playa del Carmen and Tulum designed with Universal Inclusion, offering adaptive scuba programs that allow divers of all abilities to experience the underwater world safely and comfortably. Please note that after diving, you must wait at least 24 hours before flying

5.00Coukd not reccomend anymore. It was my first dive and was extremely nervous. Paulina helped and guided me and made me feel at ease through out. If you ate ever looking to complete your first dive and your in Mexico reach out to these guys. Thank you Paulina you are incredible!

5.00The most incredible day diving with the most incredible instructor, Paulina! As a basic diver, Paulina made me feel super comfortable ensuring my sister in law and I fully understood the basics before getting in the water and were able to confidently demonstrate and practise before descending into the water- an experience I haven’t always been met with in the past but is vital for new divers. Our first dive was in a beautiful cenote which was a bucket list experience for me ticked off and the second in the ocean with the most amazing coral reef and marine life. I can definitely say this was the best diving experience I’ve ever had- thank you so much Paulina, you’re a superstar!!

5.00I can’t rate this experience highly enough, this was my first dive ever (14th October 2025) and the amazing Paulina Mena put me at ease she’s a fantastic guide and instructor, everything Paulina took me through during the briefing was put in use during the dive, and the experience was truly life changing. I will be booking again! I also won’t ruin the surprise Paulina had in stall for me but it was both scary and beautiful

5.00Had an amazing day diving with Paulina. My wife and I had never done Scuba before and Paulina was a fantastic teacher, calmly walking me through a moment of "i can't do this" and then taking us out for two fantastic dives each about 40 mins) Also extra mentions for the lovely friendly dogs at the dive center and the delicious sandwiches provided for lunch. Absolutely excellent experience, can't recommend it enough.

5.00My partner loves to dive but is a beginner and I’ve never tried snorkelling due to a fear of the deep waters, I was made to feel at ease by Paulina and she explained every part of our trip thoroughly. I felt very safe and free to choose how I engaged with this experience. Feeling safe made the whole trip pleasurable. All of the staff were warm and I’d definitely recommend The Dive Machine.

5.00Everything about the experience was beyond my expectations. I was quite nervous but Ricardo was so kind and knowledgeable that all my worries went away as soon as I was in the water. The care and attention to detail with the explanation and training was outstanding. As a real beginner, I couldn’t be happier with how it all went. I highly recommend Ricardo and the Dive Machine -they made this experience truly magical. ❤️
