5.00We had a great experience which I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to see Cathedral Cove, Hot Water Beach and numerous sea caves. The boat took ten passengers and was small enough to go into most of the sea caves in the area. At the end of the ride, we snorkelled in a beautiful area of the marine reserve and saw lots of fish. The captain is also the owner of the boat and company. He grew up in the area and is very knowledgeable about the geology, history and culture of the Whitianga and Coromandel area.
Ash is a national treasure!

5.00Had the best few hours out with Ash of Sea Cave Adventures today. Super friendly in a genuine way. No monotonous commentary but thoughtful and intelligent insights as we went to suit the group. Felt utterly safe and the caves he was able to take us into were incredible. Highly recommended and more than value for money. Thank you for such a memorable trip and for all the info you shared to help us get the most out if the rest of our trip in the area. Gold.

5.00Ash of Sea Cave Adventure is a gem. He took us to a number of sea caves, explaining his Māori culture signifigant to the area. He is also very knowledgeable about marine life. But it is Ash himself, a good kind soul, that makes this tour a must.

5.00Great tour! Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area, loved going on a boat that could easily get into the caves. Getting to snorkel was a nice bonus.

5.00What a fantastic trip around an amazing coast line. Ash took us into so many stunning caves and his skill at manoevering the boat in such small spaces was mind-blowing! He was a excellent guide with loads of local knowledge - I can't recommend him enough!

4.00Highly recommend. The business owner (driver of the boat) was super friendly and gave some great info and insight on Māori culture and NZ. He also gave great recommendations. Must book!!!

5.00We had the best experience with Ash . He was very knowledgeable of the region and coastline and we explored it all . A lovely small group so Ash could take us to some hidden gems that were on on a scheduled route.

5.00Ash was our captain and tour guide. He was full of local knowledge and obvious love for the local area. The tour was tailored to the guests on the tour. We saw so much and were so glad we'd taken the tour!

5.00Incredible! Ash is so kind and knowledgeable. Happy to cater to trip to whatever you and the group would like. Saw some incredible scenery, and Ash’s knowledge and fun facts just added to the whole trip. I couldn’t recommend this more! And as my partner says, ‘Ash is top bloke you’d want to have a beer with one day’ Please don’t leave this off your to-do list!
