The menu you will prepare includes: - Starter: Spicy sesame edamame tossed with Japanese seasoning and sesame seeds - Nigiri: A rotating selection such as shrimp, tuna or eel based on market availability - Sushi rolls: California roll made with real crab, cucumber and avocado, plus a bold spicy tuna roll with sriracha With guidance from an esteemed sushi chef, you’ll master sushi rice, rolling and plating skills. Guests may bring wine or beer to pair with the meal.

5.00We had a great time! Our chef opened up her kitchen to us, had all the ingredients ready and provided a nice set up. There were 8 people in the class which made it a lot more fun. Such a great experience.
We had a blast. Great tips and delicious fish.

5.00We had a blast and loved learning how to make sushi from scratch. Our chef made the whole process feel simple and fun, from preparing spicy sesame edamame to shaping nigiri and rolling seafood maki with crab, shrimp, and spicy tuna. We left confident at the end of the class that we can now make our own sushi while we also had a lot of fun. The only thing left is the sushi kit :)
