We did 25 miles up and back, it wasn't too hard for a beginner. If you're more experienced you will think it's easy. It was fun and pretty the whole way up and down. Would recommend to anyone going to Acadia. You have to pay for a 7day parking pass, which I think they should break that down if your only there for a day, but other than that great little ride.

E-bike self tour was a lot of fun. You will 100% get a workout in- bring bug spray, and pack a lunch and bring water. Get your Acadia park pass ahead of time. The views are spectacular and get ready for your butt to hurt!

The e-bikes are very nice - very high quality. By using an e-bike we were able to cover a large portion of the carriage roads in Acadia. We saw so many amazing views we would otherwise never get to see. The pick up and drop off were smooth. Great service. They gave us a quick review of how to use the bikes. They also offered assistance with the trails if needed. Top notch and would highly recommend.

My husband just retired, we hit the road and vacationed in Maine at Acadia. He rides his bike alot at home , and I knew he would enjoy this day. It was wonderful- we did get a touch of a late start, but it did not affect our day at all. We were given very thorough instructions and maps to navigate the trails. We had a napbag on the back of the bike, and took a packed lunch and we were given a bottle of water. There is a stop where you can purchase food- Jordans Pond- it was mobbed at lunch time. I would carefully look at the bike- the seat on my 'smaller' bike was not as comfortable as my husbands 'larger bike'. The bikes are heavy duty and we also were supplied with a bike lock if we wanted to stop, also a bike helmet. We loved this day at Acadia.
