• There are mandatory security checks at all entry points to the sites. The wait time for the security check can be considerable during peak times/seasons and has nothing to do with the ticket line
• Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or late arrivals. If you are late to the meeting point, you will not be able to join your tour.
• Tours will run rain or shine (unless closed for safety reasons)
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the tour

Tour for 7 people but 16 on the tour

2.00We booked a tour for 7 people, yet were on one for 16!! Tour guide showed up 15mins late, another 5 mins sorting out ear pieces. We were then late for the underground and almost missed our alloted slot. Everything was very rushed at this point, some people with mobility issues left behind. On a positive the tour guide was pretty good and the colloseum is amazing. Someine needs to address many of the issues raised.

3.00I booked this tour about four month in advance because we only had two days in Rome before a cruise. We were scheduled for the 10;30 tour that would last about 3 hours. The night before I get a text message that they need to move us to 3:00 which really interferred with other plans. I rearranged the other activities so we wouldnt miss it. When I asked to please keep the 10:30 the receptionist was quite short saying its 3:00 or we needed to cancel. The guide was very informative and the Roman Forum and Colleseum were amazing but he didnt have patience for our group. Along with my family members there were probably 17 or more others in the group about 25 all together. He had little patience for any questions and he yelled a few times at the people in our group to keep up and stop asking questions. Everytime he yelled we all heard it on our earphones it was very unprofessional. The Forum was very busy that day and it was hard to keep up because other groups kept walking in front and he didnt wait for everyone to catch up. I loved the history of it all but wish they guide had more patience for the group he was showing around.

3.00BEWARE BOOKING SEMI PRIVATE - it isn’t! 26 people on our tour of underground colosseum. Guide was ok, but difficult to understand and our small tour it certainly was not. Offered a refund of the difference but nothing received.

5.00How can I get started? Everything was better than I expected! Rome is full of history and this tour gives us a deep dive into centuries of history! Walking through the underground of the Colosseum was exciting! Knowing that we were in the same place where the gladiators walked is simply incredible. Our guide, Humie, gave us all the information we wanted (and more!). I really recommend this tour!
