Way too confusing! We were not able to access the tour at all so as a complete waste of time and money and I want a full refund!!’ other tour sites that we have used were far more user-friendly than this one!!

You really need to emphasize that this needs to be downloaded before you get to the destination because Wi-Fi is often not available or if it is it’s very slow. My phone was unable to download it even when I found free Wi-Fi at the park. Luckily my daughter’s phone was able to do it in about 10 minutes.

My wife and I went out to California for our honeymoon to see a few of the national parks. Our first stop was Sequoia. The self-guided tour was excellent! We could go at our own pace and stop as long as we wanted at various landmarks. The directions he gave were very easy to follow. We also enjoyed the fun facts he gave in the commentary and the calming background music. We listended to it all the way back to our hotel! We definitely appreciate all the hard work that went into making it and had a great time in the park!
