5.00Flavio was waiting for us as our ship docked which meant we were able to get started on our tour early, beating the crowds. The locations we visited were exceptional. Flavio was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the areas we were visiting. He was so friendly and willing to answer all our many questions and to wait for us as we explored each stop. He dropped us in our requested city centre location and provided more information on places to visit in the city. Highly recommended. We'll definitely book with Flavio again if we're back in the Azores.

5.00Excellent tour and guide. Knows all the sights and routes. Very polite - great English - private tour lets you ask questions and customize the experience. Clean BMW and comfortable seats. We were on a cruise ship so no problems with returning to ship on the afternoon booking (and we were able to start a little early).

5.00It was a cold, windy, and cloudy day, but that didn’t take away from the beauty that Ponta Delgada has to offer. Flavio’s communication before the tour was top-notch, and his excellent service continued throughout the entire experience. He was incredibly patient as we waited for the wind to clear the clouds so we could get a good view of the craters, something you likely wouldn’t have the flexibility to do on a cruise excursion. He also shared fascinating information about the island, including hydrangeas, pineapples, and the local cows.

5.00My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Flávio Ponte and www.saomiguelexclusivetours.com! We would never have been able to do what we did without Flavio's flexibility and willingness to work with us, as our ship did not arrive until 11:00 am and then left at 5:00 pm. All other tours either left early in the morning or would not have given us as much time in the afternoon. Flavio communicated with us to get all the details of what we were interested in seeing. He picked us up at the port, and texted a photograph to help us find his location and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of of the island as he is a native. He provided us each with a bottle of water and even took photos for us at some of the scenic overlooks, so we could both be in them. We had a quick bathroom break and chance to enjoy coffee and homemade pastry at a local cafe. He took us to the less crowded stops for the best views. His BMW was very clean and comfortable. We were very pleased with all aspects of this excursion at beautiful Ponta Delgada and would highly recommend Flávio and his business.

5.00A flat tire was discovered by driver Flavio just before tour. As repairs needed to be made, I could not take the tour this morning. Flavio and Company apologized and offered a refund. I like their honesty and accountability. I would tour with them.

5.00What an amazing human being. Great tour through out the half day. Our driver was very informative, told us the history behind Azores including the farm land. Learned things that wasn’t mentioned in other tours that we did before this one. Highly recommend you book a tour with him! 100%
