Izmir
we will visit Smyrna, “the suffering church” and the (“Do not be afraid of anything that you are going to suffer. Indeed, the devil will throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will face an ordeal for ten days”), home of great 2nd century Bishop Policarp who was burned alive at the age of 85.
Pergamon Ancient City
we will continue to Pergamum, “the compromising church”; Revelation 2:12-16 describes the city as “where Satan’s seat is”, a reference to the altar of Zeus. After the tour return to Izmir andovernight at your in Pergamon or Izmir.
Thyatira-Sardes-Philedelphia (the Adulterous Church, the Dead Church, the Faithful Church)

Akhisar
Depart for the visit to Thyatira, “the adulterous church” that, as mentioned in the Revelations, tolerated the false prophets, Jezebel (Rev. 1: 11; 2: 18-29).
Sardis (Sardes)
Proceed to Sardes, “the dead church”, another of the Seven Churches of Revelation. Jesus told Sardes, “I know thy works, that thou hast a name, that thou livest, and art dead”(Rev. 3: 1-6).
Philadelphia Siesean Kilisesi
After visiting “the faithful church” of Philadelphia, we will stay overnight in Pamukkale.

Pamukkale
After we get to Pamukkale, we will walk through the ruins of ancient Hierapolis. We will make a short break for taking photos and after that continue walking to well preserved Roman theater. Then, you can visit the Necropolis, graveyard with more than two thousand graves. Passing by the Roman baths, we will reach the Ancient Pool where you can spend some of your free time swimming in a warm spring water. Instead, you can also choose to spend that time walking barefoot down the Travertines, filled with thermal water enriched with calcium.
Laodicea
Laodicea, the church chastised for being lukewarm, "You are neither cold nor hot" (Rev. 3: 15), and for being too comfortable incorporating pagan and Christian beliefs. After the tour transfer to Kusadasi and stay overnight.

Basilica of St. John also known as Church of St. John the Theologian. After the tour we can transfer you back to Izmir airport.

5.00We had a wonderful time! What a fantastic experience. Ozgur, our tour guide for the 4 days, was so knowledgeable and able to explain the historical, archaeological, cultural and biblical aspects of all we visited. Our van was spacious and the driver, Tailand, provided safety and security throughout. Definitely an A++ rating!

5.00Ozgur is a very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. He has degree in history and archeology. He has many years of experience in leading tours of seven churches. We learned a lot from him. His driver Tailand was prompt and got us to places safely . Food and service was excellent in 5 stars hotels. Our experience greatly exceeded our expectations!!!

5.00We visited 7 churches/ruins, lots of histories, religions, wars, earthquakes all blended in this tour. Lots of information, the remains and the renovations are amazing. We also had a chance to experience hot air balloon, over the Pamukkale hot springs. 3 of the hotels had hot/thermal springs and Turkish bath, what a treat. Our tour guide Ozgur is a historian and a Christian, explained all the details and refers to the biblical verses.

5.00We were coming to Istanbul for a destination wedding and decided to extend our trip and visit the 7 churches. We have really enjoyed our trip. Both Volkan our guide and the driver were extremely kind and helpful. The drive was very scenic. The hotels were very comfortable, the food delicious and the whole trip has been an enjoyable experience. I would certainly recommend Felicity travels to my friends and anyone else who is interested in visiting this area. It is worth every penny! 👍

Special thanks to our tour guide Oscar, who shared his deep knowledge of church history with passion and clarity. I was also blessed by his personal testimony and the genuine warmth, humour, and care he showed to everyone in the group, from taking our pictures, reminding us of toilet breaks, and recommending the best local food. He was even kind enough to adjust the schedule when my friends wanted to go paragliding, and he used his local contacts to help arrange it, making the trip even more memorable. Huge thanks to our driver Tylan for keeping us safe and comfortable throughout. I’m also looking forward to the delicious figs he shared with us during the trip— such a thoughtful touch! The itinerary was well-paced, accommodations were excellent, and transportation was comfortable and smooth throughout. Our tour guide was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, He made the entire experience enjoyable, informative, and unforgettable. His deep knowledge of the history, culture, and local stories brought each location to life, where you cannot find in books or brochures. We were comfortable and having a great time. 5.00We are a group of 6, and we truly enjoyed this private tour with our guide, Özgür (Oscar as what we call him) and Taylan as our driver. Thank you Felicity Travel for customising this 7 Churches tour for us to maximise our time here in Turkey. The transportation is clean, and comfortable, and we felt safe in the drive from one place to another. We appreciate the figs prepared by Mr. Taylan - he has this gentleness, calming and welcoming smile always. The hotels we stayed are strategic for our next day tour; the rooms are big; the food is abundant and all good. Our guide, Özgür is knowledgeable about the 7 churches in the bible; and shares his honest thoughts, his testimonies. He’s very patient with us in answering questions. He tells the history in a very interesting way (visual and verbal) that is not boring. Thanks Özgür for keeping up with 6 angels who takes long in taking photos (and thanks for taking good photos of us); and thanks for bringing us to local turkish food (which we love); and for reminding us to go to WC always before the long drive. We truly appreciate these simple thoughts/ and care for us. We will surely recommend this tour with Felicity Travel to our friends.

5.00We had a wonderful time. Our guide was amazingly knowledgeable (Oscar) and I definitely will recommend him and tour company. Oscar shared historical facts and he also related / quoted from the bible. He also sharing stories that made the tour even more impactful. Mr Taylan our driver was also very patient and friendly. Always greeted us with a smile. Not to forget, we enjoyed the food from the local restaurants that our guide brought us.
