  We were worried as our day was a day where Fiji was getting the tail end of a tropical cyclone. We went, the day was great. Yes, we booked a day bed we didn’t use as it poured, but we got wet diving into the sea anyway. The staff made us so welcome from check-in to the compulsory hug goodbye. We found seats inside under cover, the rain, wind curtains came down which you can still see through, and we had a ball. My husband who is scared of heights, and has little sea confidence jumped off the platform. He lost our go-pro and it was no problem for one of the team to dive down 8-9n and retrieve it within minutes. The staff danced, sang and partied with us. I actually teared up saying goodbye, after one of the team dived into the sea next to the boat and wet us all. I highly

  The whole experience was good however was not keen on the sirine speaker for the music cause was too loud and hurting my ears.

• Great Way to Dive into Fiji

  Great experience! We had arrived into Fiji at 5:30am and went for their 9am departure. This was a great way to dive into country and experience the ocean & sun. My friends and I had a great time. The staff were friendly, fun and helpful. Highly recommend getting a massage it was super relaxing. Prices for food & drinks were only on the slightly higher end of things but that's what you would expect with this type of excursion. The drinks were great, food was okay nothing out of the ordinary (still yummy),the floating bar was clean & maintained well. There is plenty of space & shade , if you prefer it to be a little quieter there's space up top to chill.

  Family of 2A 2 kids, 18yo and 15yo. We booked the return transfers from our hotel to the marina through seventh heaven which ran a little late on the pickup, we thought we may have messed up the booking, but when the bus arrived the driver greeted us and was a great trip to and from the marina. The marina checkin was easy, friendly staff. The fun started when we got on the ferry boat at the marina. Was a small boat with approximately 35 people. They had the music pumping the whole way out to the platform. Staff on the boat also came onto the platform with us. They were very friendly and interactive, with all. On the platform we were greeted with staff singing a welcome and gave us a welcome drink(shot). Everyone chose their day beds / tables on arrival and some had already reserved their spots. I would do this for next time to get a daybed location. Being a family of 4 we chose a spot at the rear of the platform with 2 couches and a small table, right next to the bar. Great location. It also had access to one of the mesh dive pads. Food was good and drinks were reasonably priced. Open tab at arrival and pay prior to departure. Weather was perfect! Swimming and snorkelling was perfect! Hosts had dingys to assist people out to inflatable Pontoons if required. Staff initiated and hosted party games, like limbo and conga line, dancing. If you wanted more chill, could also do that around the platform or on second level. Leap of faith from 5m platform was fun. Weather came over around 3ish, which was also perfect timing as was time to wrap up and leave anyway. The boat trip back was good even with a little weather and rain.   Boat ride out there is good. Staff are lovely and make a solid effort to remember your name. The seating was already reserved in many places which limited where you could sit. Unsure how you reserve seating as I couldn’t see it on the website. You have to pay $15 for snorkel hire (does not include flippers) which I assumed would be included in the cost of the experience like most other places?? We wanted to book a massage but were told there was no one on board that could do massages on the day we visited only to see others getting massages later in the day.. I would have been less annoyed if they had just said they were completely booked out instead. The food is good and worth the price. Cocktails are okay. There were only 2 kayaks available for the whole group which limits how long you can use them for… There are no SUPs. Snorkelling is hard without flippers as the reef is a distance away from the structure so if you’re not a strong swimmer it can be difficult even with a life jacket. Overall I found this experience is more for people wanting to drink and vibe, there were plenty of heavily intoxicated people (we had cocktails but weren’t there to get black out drunk) If you want water sports and snorkelling, you’re better off going on the Malamala island tour.. We were disappointed overall by this experience which is a shame because the staff are lovely!

  We had a sensational day on a magnificent facility in a stunning destination, staffed by wonderfully friendly and hospitable people. This is a truly brilliant concept and probably the best day trip we've done, anywhere, ever (and we've done quite a few). The whole vibe was fun and laughs, and we had a great time with various people we'd never met before. The food was delicious (especially the "fiji-tas") and I simply can't speak highly enough of the staff, who bent over backwards to make sure everyone was extremely well looked after and having a great time...they even ferried (by small boat) a couple of beers and our sunglasses out to the nearby raft/pontoon we were relaxing on. Nothing was too much trouble. A special mention to Sammy, who is an absolute rockstar, and Millie, who can apparently make anything happen and seems to be the heart and soul of the show. All staff were brilliant and made the day beyond memorable. The water was beautiful and warm, and the 4.5m high "Leap of Faith" jumping platform was lots of fun. We can't recommend this trip highly enough...5 stars doesn't really seem like enough.

  Totall amazing!!! Highly recommend. We did Cloud 9 as well but preferred Seventh Heaven. Teenage kids had a ball. Snorkeling was amazing, the staff were so friendly and fun, and the kids loved the Leap of Faith jump’

  A great fun day. We did 11am - 3pm. Staff on the boat and at the venue are amazing and so attentive. Lots of energy and fun. Food was good and snorkelling amazing. It rained in the afternoon but that didn’t spoil the experience. Highly recommended.
