5.00Queen was very good at showing us around. The Food places that she took to was very good. The river cruise was excellent. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone. Queen was also very nice and polite.

5.00Title: Great night views, but very hot onboard We went on the Shanghai Night River Cruise as a family, and it was exactly what you’d expect from a river boat trip. The city lights at night are beautiful, and seeing Shanghai from the river is genuinely impressive. The surrounding areas look fantastic once everything is lit up, and it’s a great way to take in the scale of the city. It does get very busy getting on and off the boat, and the boat itself was extremely hot. There’s no air conditioning, and even at night the heat builds up quickly with so many people onboard. Overall, it’s a very enjoyable experience and well worth doing for the views alone, but the crowding and heat knock it down slightly from being perfect.

5.00It was a great experience to see the skyline from the the river boot. Caroline made sure we had a spot on the boot with best view and being anything but crowded (VIP deck). She briefed us and gave insight of the various impressive buildings we came across. Later on, Caroline took us to the Yuyuan Bazaar where we enjoyed a stroll by night through this most picturesque area. The driver was quickly around when called by Caroline to take us around. They even made a special effort at beginning of our tour, because we were not at the agreed pick up location.

5.00It is a must do, it was absolutely amazing. Our guide Kalvin was the best, so knowledgeable. He made sure we had the best experience. We were driven in a comfortable car, the driver was professional, helpful. They were prompt, kept in touch with us. Highly recommend this tour.

5.00We had a fantastic time on this tour. Queena was so knowledgeable and friendly. This trip was good value for money. Out favourite part was trying the delicious local food. We saw so much in just one evening. Thank you so much Queena!

5.00Our guide had a driver pick us up at our hotel. We met Judy at the boat for the tour a bit early so we could be ready. She planned it out so well. We didn’t have to wait in the long line. We went on and into the private area so it wasn’t crowded and we had a wonderful view of the city. Judy was very informative and loves Shanghai. The river tour was very good and beautiful at night. We ended at Bazaar. Unbelievable how beautiful this was. The night was very good.

5.00We undertook this tour on New Year’s Eve! So it was a challenge to get from our hotel to the boat due to the vast crowds on the street. Our driver was amazing and Mary, our wonderful guide, manage to get us on the boat on time. The boat trip was beautiful and the lights on the buildings are unreal - you feel like you are in a sci fi movie. Mary had our seat upgraded so we were warm and comfortable. Instead of going through the bazaar Mary gave us the alternative of going to dinner instead. That totally suited our family and she picked a wonderful restaurant that specialised in North Chinese food. We had a fabulous tour and a big thanks to Mary in her skill and knowledge of the city.
