We were met outside the baggage area and taken right outside immediately to a waiting car. Could not have been easier. Great driver and informative guide along the way to the hotel.
It took me 3 hours to clear customs...

It took me 3 hours to clear customs in the middle of the night. Guide said he had never had to wait that long before and even checked to make sure I was OK. Would recommend for anyone arriving in Shanghai.
