This is the best half day mountain tour to get out of Denver and see the mountains without spending an entire day touring. These small group tours are designed to get you out to See, Learn and Explore not just drive past. This tour really highlights the best of our Denver Mountain Park system. Visit Red Rocks Park and amphitheater, then travel up into the mountains via Bear Creek Canyon to the quaint mountain town of Evergreen. Browse the local shops or enjoy a quick drink in the Saloon, winery, or local coffee shop. Witness beautiful Rocky Mountain vistas while climbing over a beautiful mountain pass to Echo Lake at 10,600 ft. Stroll around this beautiful glacial lake sitting at the base of 14,256 foot Mt. Blue Sky and enjoy the mountain scenery. Travel by historic Genesee Mountain Park while viewing herds of Buffalo and Elk on your way back into Denver. *Wildlife viewing not guaranteed.

We recommend a jacket year round as the mountains are always colder than Denver. In the winter hat and gloves are recommended as well.
Children under 4 years old not permitted
Access into the amphitheatre is dependent on sound check closures by performers the day of. We recommend taking our morning tour for best chances of accessing the inside of the amphitheatre itself during concert seasons.

5.00This tour was awesome!! I really enjoyed the information Anne gave us as we went throughout, and she gave us the perfect amount of time at each location! This was the perfect half day tour for anyone trying to find something to do outside of the big city. Very convenient pick up location at the union station. Definitely worth going! 10/10 recommend!

5.00Our tour guide/ driver, Will, was very informative and proactively helpful. Knowing the Colorado weather he did have extra gloves and shoe support for snow. He also had vast knowledge in the ecosystem and history of the land. I would definitely recommend it. Thank you so much Will. Had a great day

5.00Amazing trip and Phil was a phenomenal guide for us. We originally had the full day Breckenridge tour but it got reschedule due to weather. However this half day tour did not disappoint. Red Rocks was beautiful and Echo Lake was gorgeous. Highly recommend it, we were only in Denver for a few days and this was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

5.00Had the best time doing the half day tour leaving from Union Station. Very easy to get to, you can even use the free bus on 16th street. Phil was our awesome tour guide. Made plenty of stops to maximize our views and photo ops. It was a very comfortable and pleasant trip. Highly recommend!

5.00This trip provides beautiful views of Colorado from different perspectives. Will was very friendly and knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the ecosystem. The town of Evergreen was a cute and quaint town, the Red Rocks were amazing to see and to take in gorgeous views and the top of the mountain was breathtaking. Highly recommend this tour.

5.00It was amazing. Definitely five stars to Anne would definitely recommend to do this tour, especially with her. She has really good knowledge of the land the history of it not to mention she is a very kind and sweet individual. My husband and I very much enjoyed the trip with her and would do it again
