We arrived and after we were picked up, loaded our bags and was ready to pull off the driver got another call from their job or boss with them informing our driver that we had to wait for a bigger van to pick us up because we needed something bigger. This caused a huge inconvenience for our group! And even with us switching vehicles we were only able to add 1 more person in the next car so we still didn’t have anything bigger to accommodate the 14 ppl that I had already paid for!
Worth it to book a ride from PLS to your hotel!

Our driver Spring was wonderful. This is a great service and I will be using it in the future, every time I arrive at PLS. Great communication from the owner and very easy to book and arrange a ride.

Super easy and inexpensive way to get to Grace Bay. Waited about 5 minutes when I was at the airport for the shuttle and was about a 15 minute drive

Our driver was timely and so helpful. He got our bags in and out, walked us into our destination and helped us get on our ferry. He also had a car seat ready for our baby.

Least expensive transport from the TCI airport to our resort. Air conditioned Suburban, nice car, wonderful driver. $20/ person. Beats the $300 some charge.

Driver was on time with a nice clean SUV (not the white box van). The AC was great to help with the heat outside. The driver was knowledgeable about the area and pointed out places on the way to our hotel to visit for breakfast, lunch and dinner. She also showed us where the grocery store was located.

The driver was very nice, the vehicle was very clean, and the driver was knowledgeable. Plane was delayed 6 hours and they still picked us up and took us to our location.
