  Driver was on time and drove safely. But, made everyone get off at one stop and walk with luggage and bags instead of dropping off at the dock. It was a large group of us needing to get to the dock. Had to walk a good mile up hill in the heat.

  Inexpensive and a good way to get to Panajachel from Antigua. Driver had a good place planned to stop for a break. I would use this servicec again.

  The shuttle was supposed to pick me up at my hotel and the evening prior contacted me to ask that instead I meet them at a different location, about a 30-minute walk from my hotel. This required me to cut my morning a bit short and carry heavy luggage a fair distance, but I did so and arrived about 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to make sure I wouldn’t miss the bus. At least half of the prepaid passengers arrived late, and rather than depart on time the bus waited and waited and waited. We didn’t leave until 45 minutes after the scheduled departure time, which means we got in that much later than anticipated and I missed my planned afternoon activity. While it is a shared and not private shuttle, I would expect that to keep passengers on time and given that it’s already been prepaid, the shuttle will operate like every other mode of shared transport, departing at the scheduled time. I would have loved an additional 90 minutes in Antigua in the morning had I known it was an option, or to get here on time and do my afternoon activity, but instead I got an unplanned and unpleasant walk across town to wait 45 mins for the bus instead of being picked up and then to wait another 45 past schedule.

  The bus was fine, and the driver responsible. They could improve by putting seat belts in the car

  They told me to be at the meeting point at 12:15, I was 15 minutes early. I messaged to let them know I was there and I was told I'd be picked up between 12:15 and 12:50. I got picked up at 1, I was the last person on the shuttle and therefore had a tiny seat that I could hardly fit my butt on without becoming intimate with the armpit of the man next to me. The driver was very experienced with the roads, the roads are very twisty and he was confident. I loved driving through the small rural towns. When we arrived it was unclear where we were stopping and where I needed to get off so I ended up riding too far and having to walk back a couple blocks into town. I could of taken a tuktuk, but at this point I was car sick and just wanted to be done with vehicles.

  We did not receive any communication from the shuttle company. I had to reach out the day of to confirm pick up location. The pickup time was scheduled for 12:30pm and did not arrive until 1pm. There is traffic during busy times so be mindful of that. The shared shuttle was for 14 passengers. Unfortunately if you get car sick, I would not recommend it due to the roads. Otherwise, driver was friendly and helped us with our drop off location.

  Operator was impossible to reach. Did not respond via app or to telephone calls. Pick up instructions for 4pm transfer read “pick up will begin at 12:15…”

  Not a great idea to book the same day you want to travel. We were waiting and no showed. We I called the operator he said the booking problem was our error. It wasn't.

  Smooth transportation from Panajachel to Antigua. Gave clear instructions on pick-up and drop-off points, both of which were very short walks to our final destination.

  The driver did not seem to know where he was going. Van was dirty and one door did not even open from the outside. Driver took some very hard and dangerous turns.
