The Shashamane boat tour in Saint Lucia offers a delightful and knowledgeable boat tour which includes sightseeing, beach stops, swimming and snorkeling, visit pitons and sugar beach which is located between the pitons optional is to visit mud bath / volcano, waterfall and botanical garden which will be an extra fee for entrance fee of 3us for entering to the waterfall , 7us for botanical and 10us for the mud bath/ volcano is 10us mud bath and a short land taxi fee of 50us from 1 to 4 person and for more than 4 persons is 12us per person Your journey begins as you step aboard a well-equipped boat captained by a knowledgeable and experienced guide who will provide you with a brief history of local fishing village, town , secluded beaches and other interesting sites along the way and ensure your safety throughout the tour. The boat tour will take you to some of the island's stunning beaches, like anse cochan, anse chastnet and sugar beach which is located between the pitons. These beaches secluded and offer a tranquil atmosphere, providing an ideal setting to unwind and enjoy. You'll have time to stroll along the shore, take in the breathtaking views whilst enjoying drinks.

5.00Highly recommend touring the St Lucia west coast via water taxi captain Denver. He was friendly, knowledgeable and amenable to our requests. We toured the major beaches including Anse de la Rey, Cannaries, Anse Mar and Anse Chastenet where we could snorkel and spend the afternoon on the beach. Best way to get from Marigot Bay to the Pitons. Stops also included Sugar Beach. Ended with magnificent sunset over the Caribbean Sea.

4.003 couples booked and appreciated the privacy. First of all Captain Denver was very responsive and accommodating. He has great suggestions and open to your wants. Communicated perfectly through email. Second, could not be a nicer guy. Third he quotes a price, if plans change no change on price. He can give you the whole day, sun up to sun down. He's on your time schedule. Four, his rum punch recipe is yummy. Not too sweet, just strong enough. He says he makes it with love. Five, perfect way to see the island and the amazing blue waters you can't see from shore. Six, he offers lunch picnic on a beach. We didnt do it but it's nice it's included in the price. Seven, it's not a catamaran or fancy boat but comfortable enough and he's a great driver. No hard bumps over waves or wake. Lastly, he added accommodation of dropping us off at our hotel instead of his standard places. Would absolutely recommend.

5.00Denver was the best, kindest and most fun guide we could have asked for. We were just a couple gals on a girls trip and the experience with Denver showed us parts of the island we wouldn’t have seen with a large group. He showed us great snorkeling spots, passed on great information that made our trip memorable. A day trip with Denver was truly the highlight of our entire trip.

Denver takes time to help you understand the local history and culture which made the trip even more enjoyable, on top of the amazing beauty of St Lucia.

5.00Had an absolutely fantastic time. Miko and Charlie were great guys. Really laid back and did eveything they could to make our day as good as possible including lending us some snorkel equipment and looking after our bag. They also pointed out some interesting sights on the way to Pigeon Island from Marigot Bay. This included the "cindlrella's shoe" rock archway which was featured in the first Pirates of the Caribbean film. Really good day trip. Took about 30 mins to get there and the lads were super easy going with regards to when we needed to be back by and just wanted to make sure we had a great day. I'd highly reccomend. (We werea honeymoon couple visting St Lucia in July)

5.00This was our second year doing tours with Denver of Shashamane Experience, and he once again went above and beyond to make our time in St. Lucia absolutely unforgettable! Last year, he took us on an amazing snorkeling trip, and this year we booked three excursions with him because we knew we’d be in excellent hands. Each trip was unique, relaxing, and full of local flavor and personal touches that made them truly special. 1. Snorkeling at Anse Cochon (4 hours) – A beautiful half-day trip where we enjoyed vibrant snorkeling, refreshing Piton beers, and delicious fruit straight from Denver’s own garden – fresh papaya, mango, and coconut. It was the perfect way to start our adventures. 2. Full-Day Snorkeling + Soufriere & Pitons (6 hours) – This was the highlight of our trip! We started with snorkeling at stunning Anse Chastanet, then enjoyed an authentic local lunch in Soufriere, followed by snorkeling at Sugar Beach near the majestic Pitons. The views were breathtaking, and again, Denver provided a feast of fresh tropical fruits and drinks that kept us energized and happy. 3. Anse La Raye Street Party (evening trip) – We ended our week with a magical evening water taxi ride to the Anse la Raye street party. The atmosphere was lively, the food and music were fantastic, and the boat ride back to Marigot Bay under the moonlight was pure magic. Denver is not only a skilled and safe boat captain but also an incredibly knowledgeable and gracious host. He’s passionate about sharing his island and culture, and it shows in every detail. If you’re visiting St. Lucia and looking for authentic, personalized, and fun water adventures, do not miss the chance to tour with Denver and Shashamane Experience. We’ll definitely be booking again on our next trip!

5.00Denver and Mikael set us up for a great tour of snorkeling from Marigot Bay to the the Pitons and Sugar Beach. Our family of 5 were well taken care of including our daughter with Down Syndrome. Super chill and honest with respect to value. Totally recommend!

5.00Mikael and Denver were great! We asked to go snorkeling at Anse Chastanet and they took us there and waited while we snorkeled and had some beach time. They provided the snorkeling gear since we didn't have our own and the resort only rented to guests staying there. They showed us some different fishing villages and other sights along the way. They also took pictures of us with the Pitons in the background. Then we headed to Marigot Bay for lunch at a locally owned spot. After that we went to a small beach in Marigot Bay before heading back to Castries to our cruise ship. It was a really fun day!
