• Nice trip but overpriced

  We enjoyed our sunset trip on the Riversong. Pick up from the hotel, nice furnishings, great staff and saw some wildlife. However, the cruise described itself as serving premium drinks including cocktails but were unable to provide Pina Colada, Mojito's, Martini's or Daiquiri's and the makes of spirits were basic. Cruise lasted 2 hours. As we did enjoy it we decided to do another sunset cruise 2 days later, but went for a basic cruise with Wild Horizons. We were shocked that the boat was just as nice, the drinks provided were the same, the food was just as good and was served on proper plates with cutlery and not just in your hand as on the Riversong, and the cruise lasted half an hour longer until the sun had properly set. The driver seemed more willing to go out of his way to get you up close to wildlife and get great photos of the sunset. Save your money and go on the cheaper cruise.

  This was the perfect ending to a long day, we were served Gin and tonics and various cocktails along with a light taster menu of local delicacies . It was very tasty and also catered for the vegan amongst us. We relaxed and took in the mighty Zambezi as our guide gave a very knowledgeable talk. The sunset was incredible..well worth it !

  This was a great trip to see the river and animals wake up. Coffee muffins liqueur and comfy chairs. Not many people are early risers which made this trip have a special atmosphere. Took some amazing photos of the sunrise. Preferred to evening cruise if you are just choosing one.

  What a beautiful morning river cruise. The staff were outstanding and the coffee and treats were tasty. We had the entire river to ourselves and the boat to enjoy. I highly recommend this tour as it was a highlight on our trip to Victoria falls.

  Our family had the most fantastic time we saw sightings of elephant Hippo, giraffe, zebra warthog, and a variety of bird life.. the staff made this experience all the or all the more enjoyable by serving wonderful snacks and drinks. The sunset was truly exquisite. This is a must do for family and couples.

  Great views and we were treated very well by the crew. Enjoyed it very much and well worth it. A really fun afternoon on the Zambezi seeing the hippos and crocodiles and lots to drink and eat!! Fabulous we highly recommend Shearwater river cruise.

  

• Great experience with Guide Prince

  So we went on a sunset cruise with shearwater as a family.Moment we entered,we were welcomed by Prince with a smile and a welcoming heart. Prince, our Guide explained to us that in order for us to see more animals we have to drink more🤣and for sure we really enjoyed and we learnt a lot about the zambezi river including animals around.I highly recommend Prince when you visit sheawater riversong cruise,great service!!!!
