Stop 1 – Northeast No.1 Morning Market Start the day like a local with a visit to one of Shenyang’s most famous morning markets. Explore the fresh vegetables, meat, tofu, and traditional breakfast snacks. Your host will introduce common ingredients used in Northeast Chinese cuisine and share insights into local food culture. Stop 2 – Shop for Dumpling Ingredients Together we will select fresh ingredients for making dumplings. You will also learn simple tips about how locals shop and bargain at traditional markets. Stop 3 – Dumpling Making Experience After the market visit, we will head to a cooking space. Your host will guide you step by step, from preparing the filling to wrapping dumplings by hand. Stop 4 – Enjoy Your Dumplings We will cook the dumplings together and enjoy the meal. Guests may also order additional local dishes if they wish to try more Northeast Chinese food. Please note that any additional dishes beyond the dumplings are not included in the experience price. End Point – Zhongjie Pedestrian Street The experience ends at Zhongjie Street. After the activity, guests are free to explore this historic shopping street.
