Hamada was a fantastic tour guide. He not only took us to high quality restaurants to try he showed us some fun places and great views of the city. We loved the tour and well worth your time and money!

We had a lot of fun on this tour; it is difficult to get around in Shibuya for first-timers, and since we were only in Tokyo for a couple days, it was a very good way to get a sense of the local food scene and to get in some shopping as well.

My fiancé and I had never been to Japan and did not have a clue how to find the hidden gem food spots. Let me tell you, this is the go-to company to utilize if you want to experience traditional Japanese food! Hamada was our guide and he was so nice and knowledgeable. I asked him a million questions and he answered them all so kindly! The food was AMAZING. Fresh sushi, wagyu we cooked ourselves, and I don’t remember the name of the other foods but Japanese “pizza”, fried chicken and calamari balls were how I would describe them. AMAZING! 10/10 recommend! We were also able to book one day before as we realized we needed some guidance. Hamada even got me some moist towelettes with menthol because it was so hot and he noticed I was struggling with the heat! He also took us to a great lookout spot, down hidden Yokocho alleys, and let me shop around Daiso. BOOK NOW, you won’t regret it! Ps- he left us with tasty treats too!

We want to immerse ourselves with Japanese food and culture; this tour definitely did both ! It was lots of good food and lots of knowledge about Japanese culture. Our tour guide Hamada is exceptional. Seamless communication with him before, during and after the tour. He gives very charming and honest responses to our numerous questions. Everyone in the family had a good time :). This is highly recommended activity and hope you get Hamada as your tour guide as he made the tour really really special.

Our Shibuya food tour with guide Islam Samir was absolutely wonderful! We had the pleasure of sampling a variety of delicious local foods from Japan and exploring the vibrant local market scene. Our guide took us to several different restaurants where we indulged in authentic dishes that truly highlighted the flavors of the region. His knowledge and enthusiasm made our tour truly memorable. A big thank you to him for a fantastic experience!

This was a very nice tour that combined delicious food with an introduction to the Shibuya area. Akira was easy to locate in the busy area near the Hachiko statue. I had the opportunity to try some tasty food while learning about the area of Shibuya. It was all great, a highlight was the barbecued meats. Akira took lots of photos which I appreciated very much. A half day well spent!

My wife and I really enjoyed this food tour. We were able to sample food from 4 different restaurants (Sushi, Wagyu BBQ beef, takoyaki - octopus balls and Wagash - bean curd pancakes). Our tour guide Akari was a very polite gentleman and fantastic at explaining the local culture and cuisine, whilst showing us the sites of Shibuya, including retail outlets, restaurants and the unique architecture of Shibuya. He also volunteered to take photos of us and had some amazing photography skills! This tour is a must do for any“foodie”.

Hirome was so friendly, kind, patient, and overall amazing. We had so much fun with her. When we requested a certain food, she made it happen. She also gave us tips and recommendations to add to our Tokyo trip.
