Suitable for all physical fitness levels
If your ship is late or delayed and you have an early tour, don't panic! We will wait and give you reasonable and sufficient time to get off the ship so that you can still enjoy your tour. Remember to keep our number handy just in case you need to reach us in case of a delay or very early arrival.
You should bring along the following items: bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, and cash for lunch, drinks and souvenirs. Drinks on the tour bus are complimentary.
While shopping or at the beach, your items will be secured in the front cab of the tour bus.
If Shopping is part of your tour, once you're finished, we meet at the Liberty Bell in Emancipation Park. Shops close at 1:00 PM on Sundays.
Coki Beach and Sapphire Beaches are free but Magens Bay has an entrance fee of $7.00 per person.
Your Tour Package does not include the beach entrance fee, Coral World entrance fee or any other activity.
Free drinks are provided on the tour buses all day for our passengers.

Godfrey Tours
Godfrey Tours will pick you up at your ship or hotel at and take you shopping in downtown Charlotte Amalie. Once done with shopping, you can board again for a scenic two hour sightseeing tour of the island. Our tour will take you to the Mafolie Hotel to overlook the Bluebeard and Blackbeard's pirate castles, then up to the highest point, the mountain top where you will find the famous rum daiquiri. We'll continue the tour and enjoy the view of Hassel island, Water Island, and the island of St. Croix along the way. We'll continue to Sir Francis Drake seat, (the British pirate) overlooking Magens Bay. Once we get to the beach area, you can select the beach of your choice (Megan's Bay, Coki Beach or Sapphire Beach) and enjoy for another two hours after which we will take you back to your ship on time. Beach entrance fee is NOT included in package price.

3.00Godfrey was a great hospitable guide. The shopping stop was first and we had just the right amount of time to not overspend. The views along the trip are spectacular. The bartender at the Mountain Top bar gave a generous pour to top the banana daiquiri. The daiquiri was so worth it. Magens Bay was beautiful and the water was perfect. However the beach was crowded and almost chaotic. It was difficult to enjoy the beach stop which was the last and longest stop. I would probably skip the beach if I had it to do again.

1.00Worst company EVER..... We prepaid and they never bothered to pick us up. No message of any cancelation and we paid for a taxi to get there and back with no refund. When we called to find out where they were, their voicemail said it was full. We saw their vehicle pass Sapphire Beach which was the pick up location. We chatted with Viator whom we booked this excursion with. They claimed Godfrey Tours sent a cancelation message and said we would be refunded. We received that message later that afternoon, so be careful you don't get the runaround too. Apparently they like to overbook and we were the ones on vacation they picked to try to mess up our day. Didn't work.........

5.00We only did the sightseeing and beach portion of this tour. It was a 4 hour tour and our pickup time was 10:30. Since they stagger who is doing what portion of the tour there are drop offs and pick ups along the way. We did the Mountain Top which was absolutely stunning. The day we were there it was very busy so after standing outside to hear the story and then take photos there was not enough time to shop or buy a drink. Not an issue as we knew that we would have that option later. There are stops along the way down- also stunning views. We spent 2 hours at Maegan’s Bay Beach- $7 entry per person and we rented 2 chairs with umbrella for $40. Lovely beach- was in the water quite a while. We did not get back to our cruise ship until around 4:30. Obviously this was later than 4 hours. Our driver was well aware of when our cruise ship was leaving port so we had no concerns at all. It is a stunning island and we enjoyed driving around to see the different parts as we did drop off/ pick up. The extended time is no way a negative thing for us but just an FYI if you are planning on a strict tour window that may or may not happen. You are on “island time”.

5.00Totally worth the price! Did the 6 hour tour which was slightly longer but saw so much. Godfrey is full of information about the island. We were picked up earlier than planned but that was communicated via text the night before. No waiting around as mentioned in other reviews. Plenty of cold drinks for the whole day! Everything was perfect!

1.00I was texted at 2am to tell me that my picked up time changed from noon to 9:30am, then after I confirmed, I received a cancelation text. Promise I'd a refund that I did not get, but will dispute if not received in 2 days.

5.00Pick up point at havensight needs to be updated, as the area around gate 3 is cordoned off. We had to get in touch to revise the pick up point.
So worth it !!!

5.00We had switched hotels last minute and the driver was still able to pick us up on time which we really appreciate,The tour guide was very informative and very kind , loved everything about this tour 100% worth it for a very good price !!!
Avoid this company unless you want poor customer service and a disrespectful owner

1.00I am saddened by the poor customer service I received today and the disrespectful way I was spoken to by the Godfrey Tours representative. He text me at 2am which I did not see til after 7am that they needed to move our tour time, but I explained we have to work later and needed the original time. He offered to pick us up at 10 and do a shortened tour but we wanted the full experience as that is what we paid for. The manner in which he spoke to me was very disrespectful. He said other customers moved their times and he couldn't pay a driver just to pick us up. Not our problem. Then said another colleague who booked as well for today, didn't have a reservation though she booked and paid and had tickets through Viator as well. He then proceeded to tell me the shops aren't even open til after 10. I asked him why there was an 8:30am tour option to begin with then. He had the audacity to raise his voice at me and then said something about cruise ships not being in, etc. I told him we are not here as part of a cruise. I'm waiting on our refund. First time in St.Thomas, but if service is like this, it will be the last.
