  Perfect Shore Excursion – Great Service and Attention Review: I cannot recommend this tour enough. From pickup to drop-off, the experience was seamless. What really stood out was the time and attention our guides gave us throughout the day. They were knowledgeable, patient, and really cared about making our experience special rather than just checking boxes off a list. If you are arriving via cruise ship at Benoa or Celukan Bawang, book this with confidence.

  Our guide and driver Krisna gave us a great experience in North Bali. He showed us the Ulun Danu Beratan floating temple, took us to a coffee plantation for a tasting and to an off-the-beaten path restaurant for lunch, both near his home village, as well as taking us to scenic views along the way. Krisna drove wonderfully well and told us about his life in North Bali; he even took us to his village temple so we could see and photograph it. He was very sensitive to our time considerations and made sure we got back to our cruise ship in plenty of time for the last tender.

  Wonderful tour with Gede(Bon Bon), he was professional and friendly. Took care of us for the day, taking numerous photos of our group and ensuring we returned to the ship on time. We visited Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, Twin Lakes and swam in a beautiful waterfall.

  Our custom tour with Milky was exceptional! He is personable, knowledgeable, and lots of fun. We learned a lot about Balinese culture and religion, and visited many sites including temples, markets, and a coffee plantation. The view from the highest point on the island was magnificent. And the route encompassed the rich daily life of Bali. We were riding in style. Thanks Milky!

  We had a nice day touring around Munduk. It’s an hour and a half drive from the port but all up hill with beautiful views. Our driver, Satria was very accommodating and a great driver!

  Our trip with Sumi was just what we wanted, He contacted us the day before our trip and gave clear advice on collection from port. We were greeted by a very friendly young man who took us to his car and we discussed what we wanted to do with our time with him. We were taken to the floating temple and guided around on the way he pointed out lots of other things, the rice field’s, photo opportunities and he took good care of us. We finished at the waterfalls which were spectacular. He dropped us safely back at port on time to board our tender. Would highly recommend this trip and sumi as your guide.

  Excellent tour from our local guide, Komang Suantara! We had originally wanted to go to Munduk but due to poor weather conditions Komang recommended going to Northwest Bali. It was reasonably close from our cruise ship port of Celukan Bawang. We went to Melanting temple and Komang walked us through the offering and how to pray. It was such a beautiful temple with Komang providing really interesting details on the temple and Hinduism. Vendors sold fruit in the parking lot and we tried Durian fruit for the first time. I found it stinky, squishy with not the best flavor but my husband liked it. We also visited a turtle hatchery by the shore with turtle eggs and baby turtles, then ate lunch at a scenic resort with amazing food. Komang took us to his home to meet his family and see how a local lives. His family was so kind to spend time with us and share coconut water from a coconut tree on their property. Finally, we went to Labuan hot springs which is in a national park with mostly locals enjoying the experience and monkeys roaming around. Komang got us back to the port with plenty of time before the last tender. We highly recommended Komang for your future trip to this area of Bali.

  A wonderful day trip to Ubud with Wira! Wira was the perfect guide for our private tour of Ubud and surroundings excursion,, and he has our highest recommendation, as well as our thanks for a fabulous day, which started as requested by us at 9am at our Benoa cruise port, , and ended at 4:30 at Denpasar airport. Wira contacted us a day before our day trip, and answered all our questions promptly. He was super polite and friendly throughout the trip, knowledgeable, and gave us an extra special experience in the one day we had in Bali. Perhaps of prime importance in traffic-congested Bali is that Wira was a calm , confident and excellent driver, and that is essential, given bottlenecks, scores of motorcycles zipping in and out of lanes, and occasional heavy downpours during the January wet season. At one tour stop, the downpour was heavy, and Wira was equipped with an umbrella for each of us! The car was comfortable and air conditioned, which is super important for those not used to Bali’s high temperatures and humidity.. Wira catered the trip to our tastes and we saw beautiful scenery, visited one of the oldest temples, stopped for a break at the Omma Bali Dayclub, situated right where there is a beautiful waterfall , visited the amazing Monkey Forest Sanctuary, where monkeys, considered sacred, roam around freely and are well fed by the monkey forest employees ( check your water bottle at the entrance or risk having it snatched from you by one of the monkeys!); and we also had the privilege of visiting an old style family compound, where we were welcomed by the multi-generational dwellers. In short, our one-day taste of Bali and Ubud was definitely a highlight of our trip- all thanks to Wira!
