I had booked this tour some months ago and paid a couple of days before the proposed tour. I received several reminders to be ready for the tour. On the day of the tour the tour provider did not turn up. Their telephone number was not answered except by an answerphone. I did get through to Viator who also could not get hold of the tour provider. The tour was for ship passengers only and with a pick up from the port. Viator were of no assistance and all they offered was a refund. So you book months in advance and Viator take no responsibility whatsoever. For a company the size of Viator this is pretty poor behaviour and they need to check out their tour providers better.

Wow A Tour did not turn up at the cruise port in Belfast and did not answer the phone at the contact number. Viatour were no help.

Nice tour! Comfortable bus for 20. Our guide was knowledgeable and we arrived at all of the attractions before to big busses lol.
