SHORT PERUVIAN COOKING CLASS - Pete, Starts at 1:30p.m. takes about 1 hour 30 minutes. (not available saturdays and sundays). What do you do?: 1) You will start with the Chef in the kitchen checking ingredient for the menu, then start blending your very own Pisco Sour (peruian national cocktail), continue using your skills with the help of the Chef cuting your fresh and hight cuality ingredients to cook your main meal. 2) Finally, you will enjoy eating the menu you made like dining in a restaurant.

5.00Outstanding cookery class and dinner. Some lovely touches including a tasting of local fruits amazing tour of the local food market. Brian is a gifted teacher and made this cookery class an absolute highlight of our stay

5.00It was definitely a gourmet experience that is worth it. The class begins with the tasting of 5 fruits that we did not know. It was a delight to learn the recipes of ceviche and salted lomo, taking pisco sour that we prepared. Highlight for the guided tour to the São Pedro market, where we bought the ingredients and the chef explained the history of each product.
Do not miss the chance of cooking in Perù!!!!

5.00Great fun and interesting experience!!!!! Roxana and Francisca have been super helpful and friendly, they taught us how to prepare food like if we were in someone's family. It was a real experience, less touristy than you would even expect. Highly recommended. Plus the food is super good!!!
