  The driving was very aggressive and scary at times for all in the shuttle. In many instances, it seemed as if we were about to be involved in an accident. The driver drove very close to other drivers the whole time and often passed illegally. In one instance, he passed a truck on the left (on a 2 lane street....1 lane going in each direction) going up a hill. With no ability to see if there was a car on the other side of the hill in the opposing lane, I had to close my eyes and hope that we didn't run head on into an approaching vehicle. There were many instances like this.

  I am giving 4 stars as the trip from pick up to drop off was smooth and our driver was good. It is not 5 stars for a couple reasons. First: when booking through the app it requests that you select a hotel to be picked up from. However 1 hour before we were supposed to depart we got a what’s app message that we were supposed to walk to a nearby gas station for pickup. It would have been preferred if this pick up location was provided with more advanced notice for planning. Second: when booking it asks for a drop off location, when we provided the drop off location we received a WhatsApp message indicating the company only drops off at the airport, zone 9, and zone 10 in Guatemala City (our accommodation was at a hotel in Zone 13). Which added an extra cost of being dropped off at the airport and then getting an uber from the airport to our hotel. When we arrived to the gas station there was a staff member there who took our names and ensured we were on their paperwork and confirmed we were going to the right location. This transportation does not stop for a typical bathroom break but it can be requested to the driver and they will stop. We had x1 50lbs suitcase and x2 40L backpacks that the driver strapped to the roof for us with no issues, the AC in the vehicle was good. We would use this service/company again. From Panajachel to Guatemala City is a VERY windy road so bring nausea medication if you are someone who gets car sick! Some reviews mention stopping in Antigua. Our shuttle did not stop in Antigua, it was direct from Panajachel to Guatemala City

  It was a shared shuttle that stopped 2/3 way to have us switch into a car that we barely fit in. None of this was communicated to us.

  The shuttle service from Guatemala was excellent. The driver was professional, the ride was smooth, and the entire trip felt safe and comfortable. Everything was well organized and on time, which made the journey stress-free. I would definitely recommend this shuttle service to anyone traveling in the area.

  I had a great experience. Driver showed up right on time. Was pleasant and friendly. Drive felt smooth and went quicker than anticipated and got me to my destination safe! He dropped everyone off where they needed to be, multiple different locations. I would definitely recommend 🙂

  Very good. On time pick up. Good communication vía WhatsApp to coordinate pick up. Travel time 2.5 hours.

  It took 1 hour to pick up everyone. We arrived 4.5 hours later at z10. We had to change shuttle at midpoint for people going to Antigua
