Siem Reap
The welcome to Siem Reap, Cambodia the land of Gods, upon you arrival at Siem Reap International Airport, our guise or driver will greet you and transfer you to your boutique hotel in the city. Relax or enjoy your city’s markets, spas, boutique shops, and museums before joining the classic performance is the Apsara, during a dinner buffet. The Show and Buffet is optional activity, please kindly contact us in advance for the available seats.
Angkor Wat
Today you will need to put on the sneakers and carrying on with bugs spray or sun scream to visit Angkor Thom after your hotel breakfast. Stop at the south gate of Angkor Thom, after passing through that main gate, you will arrive at your first destination – the Prasat Bayon Temple. Taking a look around and listening to an ancient history that was told by these fragments of wall and towers. Having a short walk to Elephant Terrace, it is a reviewing stand for the king to inspect his troops and hold the ceremony. Returning back to town for lunch, our tour guide will recommend you with a delicious Khmer Cuisine lunch, after lunch heading for the landmark of Cambodia – the Prasat Angkor Wat. The magnificent buildings and amazing bas-reliefs will demonstrate the glory of the past to you. Leaning against the broken walls of the Bakheng Temple, it is the best way to enjoy the sunset view of the distant Angkor Wat in the jungle.
Banteay Srei
Early get up will take the best place to watch the unique sunrise view of the Prasat Angkor Wat, so why not? Leading by our friendly local guide with the storytelling into the spot to admiring this beautiful scenery in sometimes listen to the monk chanting from the Buddhist monastery nearby, let’s return to the hotel for breakfast. Later, take a drive to the Banteay Srei, the pink sandstone temples complex with the most detailed and elaborate carvings. Don’t fall asleep in the car, it is a good chance that you can know something about local people’s life from local villages along the way. Start an adventure at the Ta Prohm Temple, where the famous “Tomb Raider” was filmed. In the end, we will enjoy a beautiful bit isolated from the Ta Nei Temple.
Tonle Sap Lake
This morning you will take a boat cruise around the Tonle Sap Lake (Giant Lake in Southeast Asia), which is the largest freshwater lake in Cambodia. Along the boat ride, you can take a glimpse of how some Cambodian live on the water. On the way to the Lake, you will have a short stay at Khmer Village and have a photo taken as a memento with the rice field and palm trees. After lunch, your guide will transfer you to the Phnom Penh by land transport. It will take about 5 hours to drive to Phnom Penh. We will stop at Skun to visit the insect market.Continuing to the hotel in the capital city.
Phnom Penh
Your day begins at 8:00 am with a visit to the Independence Monument, built in 1953 to celebrate Cambodia’s liberation from French rule. We continue to the Royal Palace, the official residence of the King of Cambodia, and explore the magnificent Silver Pagoda, renowned for its priceless cultural treasures. After immersing ourselves in royal history, we will pause for a relaxing lunch break at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, the tour takes a more reflective turn with a visit to the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S-21), followed by the harrowing yet important Killing Fields of Choeung Ek, where you’ll learn about Cambodia’s tragic past. To balance the day, we’ll head to Central Market (Psar Thmei), an iconic landmark for local goods and souvenirs. We then visit Wat Phnom, the symbolic birthplace of Phnom Penh, before ending the day exploring the bustling Russian Market, perfect for handicrafts and bargains.
Your journey begins with a scenic drive to Silk Island (Koh Dach), a peaceful retreat just outside Phnom Penh. Famous for its traditional silk weaving, the island offers a chance to watch local artisans at work on wooden looms, creating beautiful scarves and fabrics using age-old techniques. Strolling through the village, you’ll experience the charm of rural Cambodian life, surrounded by fruit orchards, stilt houses, and friendly locals. You may also enjoy a walk along the riverbank or a short boat ride across the Mekong for breathtaking views. In the afternoon, we continue to Oudong, the former royal capital of Cambodia. Rising majestically on a hilltop, Oudong is dotted with ancient stupas and pagodas, offering panoramic views of the countryside. Your guide will share stories of Cambodia’s kings and the city’s historic importance. The peaceful setting makes it an ideal spot for reflection before returning to Phnom Penh.
Phnom Penh
Enjoy your final morning in Phnom Penh with some free leisure time before your departure. You may choose to relax at your hotel, stroll through the nearby streets, or take some last-minute shopping for souvenirs and handicrafts. This is the perfect opportunity to reflect on your journey, capture a few final photos, or simply unwind with a coffee in one of the city’s charming cafés. At the agreed time, our driver will pick you up from your hotel and provide a comfortable transfer to Phnom Penh International Airport, ensuring you arrive in good time for your onward flight.
