  A chance to learn more about the varied diet of the locals and the huge number of spices and herbs at their disposal. Really interesting and informative. Also good fun.

  We had an amazing guide, Bunny, who shared his inspiring life story with us, and spent the night talking to us not just about the food we were eating but also about Cambodian culture, politics and geopolitics. What an amazing night. We got off the tourist trail and had authentic food among locals and had really good conversation all night. Incredible experience.

  Very good experience, with lots of interesting and varied foods to try! And it’s great fun riding on the Vespas. Very much enjoyed the cocktails and liqueurs at Sombai. Thanks for a great trip.
