Queen's Staircase
The Queen's Staircase, commonly referred to as the 66 steps, is a major landmark that is located in the Fort Fincastle Historic Complex in Nassau. The Queen's Staircase is a walkway of 66 steps in Nassau, the capital city of The Bahamas. It was carved out of solid limestone rock by 600 slaves between 1793 and 1794 to create an escape route from the fort above and is a major landmark of Nassau.

Our guide, AJ, was knowledgeable, personable, responds quickly and passionate about sharing the beauty and history of the Bahamas. Nothing felt rushed, and every detail felt intentional. 5.00This the absolute BEST tour with an amazing and knowledgeable guide. Luxton Ace truly knows Nassau 's history and is extremely in tune with it's people and visitors. He adds extra personable touchs to the tour that make going to see wonderful sites and places even more enjoyable. We will be taking another of his tours on our next visit.

5.00AJ was an excellent tour guide through Nasau. Clean and air conditioned vehicle. Very safe driver and provided excellent recommedations for stops off of my families preferences. This helped us to spend more time at areas of interest for us and skip things that didnt fit our vacation style.

5.00Our driver Aj was awesome! He texted me to let me know the details of my trip and where to meet him, which was nice and reassuring. He was super friendly and never rushed us. We were a small group of 3 women and never once felt unsafe. The van was newer and was clean. We learned a lot about the island and had a great time. I highly recommend this trip!
