4.00This was a very pleasant trip with excellent views of the riverside buildings and a comprehensive commentary. An hour in duration, just about right. In January, the buildings look much more spectacular lit up at night! Definitely recommend!

3.00Taken the evening cruise at 7 p.m.; people packed for the cold inside, seats less than reservations. Luckily I wanted to take pictures and stayed outside. Non-existent assistance, no one to explain anything even how to activate the audio guide. For what paid, however, goes benissinmo (17 € for an hour's journey)

3.00We had booked this trip because the departure was good. The tour itself was nice and lived up to expectations. However, it was very difficult to hear the English information as some of the other passengers were very loud. We had downloaded the audio guide to our phones, but could quickly find that it had much less information than those in the speakers. In addition, the function, which should be automatic relative to position, did not work. We had to get help getting to wifi, as there was to type code.

3.00Far too many people on the boat. On the top deck you literally couldn’t move, once you had sat down as the gangways were just packed like sardines.
