Good cruise, but not a safe place to wait to board.

3.00The cruise itself was good with lovely night views of the river and buildings. Great for photos. Once the passengers settled the commentary was good and in English. The reason for the 3/5 is, they ask you to arrive 25 minutes before the cruise. They then make you queue alongside a very busy and fast road, with just a barrier between you and the traffic. That’s is not good for families with children and people needing assistance. The dockside staff are extremely RUDE.

5.00Went in April on the evening tour.. Bring a warm jacket and sit on the top deck to see more. You can enjoy a drink from the bar

2.00The view of Budapest at night is beautiful. However, the audio guide is impossible to hear from the noise on the boat. No plan is given to try to locate and identify the monuments.

1.00We arrived 40 minutes earlier we queued and had 10 people in front of us at the end 3 queues were made and we went from the last when we were the first to arrive. When it came time to sit there was not enough room was crowded and I was difficult to sit and less enjoy the views. Poor organization and nefarious experience

5.00The tour lasts an hour and shows of Budapest from the unique perspective of the river. The staff were friendly, welcoming, spoke impeccable English and were helpful in explaining how to order drinks, food and how to access the rooftop area. The historic audio tour was very informative. Even our teenagers were enthusiastic!

2.00Could hardly hear taped “guide”, as it’s very loud inside. Tables are packed, shoulder to shoulder; no view. We arrived 20+ minutes in advance to get a good seat. 5 minutes before boarding, staff came by and asked if we had tickets. We showed them, and they redirected us to another line, where we were almost the last to board.

4.00The cruise was nice enough, we booked on an 11am trip, after wandered along the quay side. Ildy and Krys were friendly enough and Ildy asked me to download an app for info on what we would be looking at. I asked her if there would be a guide on the boat and she said no. It was our last day, so we decided to go for it, especially as the price was cheaper than on line The cruise was nice enough, and there was a pre-recorded guided talk in English. It was also nice that as it was early it was not a very busy boat. When the cruise finished, I tried to tell Ildy that there was in fact a talk, but she was too busy talking to the passengers leaving the boat, to listen to anything I was trying to feed back to her.
