I had a great morning with my guide Sey! Everything was timely and smooth and it was a great way to spend part of the day. Really interesting and peaceful compared to the city. It was also insightful culturally with a lot of local flavor. Highly recommend!

Pisey, or Sey as he called himself was a fantastic guide. He grew up on Silk Island & stopped at all the random fruit trees I showed interest in along the route. We stopped at a tree filled with tiny red fruits that were so sweet. when I asked why nobody picked the fruit He said the tree was “for children”-they leave it for the kids to climb and pick and eat. We stopped and got a snack of grilled banana with coconut meat & milk and a wrapped grilled banana with sticky rice that was my favorite. The trail is about 60% sunny and 40% shade. Definitely wear sunscreen and a hat. I got the E bike because it was so hot but the ride is flat and easy & I could have easily done it on a regular bike if it were a bit cooler. Sey’s english is good. He learned English at a monastery & was happy to share stories about monk life.

Want some peace and serenity? Away from traffic and noise? Want to learn about everyday Cambodians, what they grow, how silk and tofu are made? I cannot recommend this enough. My guide 'SEY' was knowledgeable, passionate and honest. Truly delightful. Restaurant location and food also 💯 Advice: wear a hat, suncream, and be ready to wave to lots of excited children!

We had an amazing day with Thong & Mon as our guides, we were picked up from hotel, then ferried across to Silk Island. Thong & Mon were very informative and funny, the bikes were great, we had great food for lunch, I would definitely recommend this if you are visiting Phnom Penh

We had Mon as our guide for two of us, right from the hotel pickup he was full of information about everything we passed. The bikes were in good condition and I even got a larger softer seat which was very comfy. Roads were flat, a mix of concrete or gravel. We got caught in pouring rain, which made it a bit cooler and lots of fun going through the puddles. Locals were friendly. Visit to the silk farm was very informative and we got to hold silk worms! Lunch was delicious, and on a beautiful floating barge listening to the river. Definitely fit this into your holiday or if not cycling they do the tour on motorized vehicles too.

There were only 2 of us with our guide. We spent the morning visiting small islands on the Mekong. Peace, nature, beautiful encounters in a small workshop that weaves silk, or in a large Buddhist temple then a local Khmer lunch. Twenty kilometers in total. A very nice experience. Thank you to our guide for sharing.

Mon was patient, friendly and knowledgable as a guide. The cycling tour was fabulous. We experienced local culture, history, visited temples and local businesses and had a sumptuous lunch at a floating restaurant by the river. Highly recommended for those who like some adventure!
