Every passengers who enter Singapore must fill the SG Arrival Card e-Service online. You can fill the form 3 days before arrival in Singapore
SG Arrival Card e-Service online - you can contact us via Whatsapp to get a link to fill the form to avoid the waiting time at Immigration.
Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
There will be an extra charge of SGD10 for each additional drop off or pick up stop, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave, and no refund will be issued.
Arrival transfer will follow your flight actual landing time and wait up to 75 minutes from landed time. However, if you want to request a special pick-up time or explore inside airport, please inform us in advance before your arrival date.
Each passenger is permitted one large and one small piece of luggage. For each piece of luggage carried beyond the standard allowance, a fee of SGd15 per luggage will be charged.

5.00Great experience. Comfortable car/van with professional driver. Our flight was delayed 13 hours. We were able to confirm the delay with the company and our driver was waiting for us outside of baggage claim when we arrived the next morning. We were definitely tired and it was a relief to not have to worry about a ride to the hotel.

5.00We booked a transfer from the airport to our hotel and the driver was very professional, friendly and helpful. I unfortunately left my wallet behind when leaving the vehicle. However, it was returned back to me quite quickly afterwards. Service above and beyond which was much appreciated! Highly recommended.
