Every passengers who enter Singapore must fill the SG Arrival Card e-Service online. You can fill the form 3 days before arrival in Singapore

Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
There will be an extra charge of SGD10 for each additional drop off or pick up stop, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave, and no refund will be issued.
Arrival transfer will follow your flight actual landing time and wait up to 75 minutes from landed time. However, if you want to request a special pick-up time or explore inside airport, please inform us in advance before your arrival date.
Each passenger is permitted one large and one small piece of luggage. For each piece of luggage carried beyond the standard allowance, a fee of SGd15 per luggage will be charged.

5.00The transfer service was a great start to my vacation in Singapore. Right after I turned on my phone after the plane landed, I had a welcome message greeting me and giving me detailed instructions on where to meet. The driver, Jebbie, made the ride to my hotel enjoyable and gave me some tips on the area I was staying in. For my first visit to Singapore, I appreciated the friendly start.

5.00Great experience. Comfortable car/van with professional driver. Our flight was delayed 13 hours. We were able to confirm the delay with the company and our driver was waiting for us outside of baggage claim when we arrived the next morning. We were definitely tired and it was a relief to not have to worry about a ride to the hotel.
