Every passengers who enter Singapore must fill the SG Arrival Card e-Service online. You can fill the form 3 days before arrival in Singapore

SG Arrival Card e-Service online - you can contact us via Whatsapp to get a link to fill the form to avoid the waiting time at Immigration.

Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

There will be an extra charge of SGD10 for each additional drop off or pick up stop, to be paid in cash directly to the driver

If you are uncontactable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave, and no refund will be issued.

Arrival transfer will follow your flight actual landing time and wait up to 75 minutes from landed time. However, if you want to request a special pick-up time or explore inside airport, please inform us in advance before your arrival date.

Each passenger is permitted one large and one small piece of luggage. For each piece of luggage carried beyond the standard allowance, a fee of SGd15 per luggage will be charged.

Got a ride from Singapore airport to my hotel. Driver was talkative and informative. Nice guy. He told me where I should go when I told him what I wanted to do, what time light shows were, and was on time for the Pick up. He text me the night before letting me know where he would be and to confirm.

Our driver, Steven was very friendly. Our flight was delayed, but he waited for us right at the exit. He gave us information while on the drive to the hotel. He pointed out scenic points and attractions. There were 4 adults and a baby in our group with a lot of luggage. We were able to rent a car seat. It was a good start to our trip.

From time of booking the communication was clear and consistent. Felt in no way worried about our arrival transfer. Once we met Thomas any anxiety we felt was gone. Thomas is a safe driver and very personable. He gave us tips about Singapore since it was awhile since we had been here. He even shared his home made cookies. A nice star of our Singapore adventure.
