Wonderful lounge experience! The food was really nice, the space was clean and comfortable, and the laksa was super delicious — a must-try. They even have Udder Ice Cream, which was a great bonus. Highly recommended and would definitely visit again.

I had a great experience at the SATS Plaza Premium Lounge. The service was warm, attentive, and professional, making the stay very comfortable. The food selection was excellent and very tasty. My personal favourites were the laksa, which was rich and flavourful, and the fresh, well-curated salad counter. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable lounge experience, and I would be happy to visit again.

Changi Airport is clean, modern, and incredibly well-organized. It offers excellent facilities, including shopping, dining, gardens, and entertainment....taking layovers here to an all new height,it is enjoyable and your time will fly by. I have been here twice and time was not enough to cover everything this airport has to offer. Staff are efficient and helpful, and the airport runs smoothly fastest immigration and easy to navigate. One of world’s best airport in my opinion.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Singapore Blossom Lounge through Priority Pass. The lounge is extremely small and overcrowded, with far more chairs than the space can comfortably handle. Seating is very uncomfortable, and it’s not a place where you can relax or take a nap at all. The food selection was poor and very limited. It was mostly spicy Indian and Asian dishes. While that may suit some travelers, there was almost nothing with broader appeal or mild options. A little more variety would make a big difference. The overall environment felt cramped, noisy, and stressful rather than relaxing. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were also in bad shape—dirty, old-fashioned, and not well maintained. Overall, this lounge did not meet basic expectations for comfort or cleanliness. I would not recommend it and would skip it in the future, even with Priority Pass access.
