Great inside with food and drinks checking in was a bit more difficult as unlike Australia that has your name registered for lounge access it requires passport boarding pass and booking details however once in all good.

Thank you to my wonderful husband for celebrating my birthday with me 🎂 And big thanks to Blossom Lounge for the beautiful decorations, warm hospitality, and such thoughtful, patient service ❤️ Big thanks to Ms. Mary! She’s so sweet and adorable — I absolutely love her! 🥰💐 I’m so happy — they truly made it a memorable day for me. Oh, and the cake was absolutely delicious!!! 🍰 The chocolates too 🍫 — any sweet lover would be in heaven! This was truly the happiest day ever! Thank you, my love ❤️

This was a complete scam. I paid online but never got access. I reached out to support repeatedly over several weeks and received no response at all. Avoid at all cost.

Check in was fine although they needed all the details proof of payment etc from me as they didn't appear to have a record. Lots of single booths and some doubles a few double sets of low chairs. No couches or really big armchair. The bar area may have had some but we didn't use that while we were there. Restaura t and meals were excellent with a good selection of beverages. Overall good and comfortable but not as luxurious I was expecting ting from the description

I accessed the Blossom Lounge using LoungeKey from my credit card, so I can’t comment on the pricing. The food is adequate for a lounge—not fancy, but it gets the job done. They offer made-to-order noodles, which is a nice touch, though the overall selection isn’t as luxurious as what you’d find in some Middle Eastern airline lounges. The lounge is clean, with staff regularly collecting used dishes. There’s plenty of comfortable seating—more lounge-style sofas than dining chairs—making it a good place to relax while waiting for your flight.

Very Bad experience and very unprofessional staff they don’t care about customers. We are a smart traveller members and we travel around the world, and this time we book the lounge for a best experience until we are ready to departure to our final destination, we check in - the information very poorly, we start to ask questions to find out about the service what they provide, about the food, drinks, any other service what are disponibile. The answer been very cold, very unpleasant , and very unwelcoming maybe because it was to early but the time to check in was 2pm . We get in the food what was in display very low quality, quantity no to many options. The bar they told us is close and they don’t serve any drinks they have only soft drinks. We ask the people from reception again is any issue around food buffet or bar because we will like some fresh food and some beer or wine from the bar , the manager answered very abruptly we have just the food what is on display and the food is fresh …. And the bar is close …. And we ask is any fridge were we can find any beer or glass of wine , the answer was no and if you don’t like you guys can leave and you can ask for refunds… and she turn back to her desk….. very unprofessional and very disrespectful. We tried to ask her but she refused to chat with us and she look to us like she doesn’t understand English, all 3 members of staff been very unprofessional. Definitely we don’t recommend the lounge and the services the staff very unpleasant and very bad service, overall the money doesn’t worth. We been to a bar down not far from the lounge and he had a good meal and drink and they made us feels welcome and to go back again. What we done each time when we are stop in Singapore.
