5.00We loved the hospitality, and the staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived. We were warmly welcomed by Theve at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us. His support made our visit smooth, comfortable, and completely stress-free. The lounge itself was clean, spacious, and relaxing—exactly what you need before a long flight. The seating options were comfortable, and the ambience was calm, allowing us to unwind. The food was amazing, with a great variety to choose from. There were fresh hot dishes, salads, soups, snacks, and desserts, all well-presented and delicious. The beverage selection was also impressive, offering everything from fresh juices and soft drinks to coffee and other refreshments.

5.00Had an awesome time at the Plaza Premium Lounge in Singapore. Mae/ZiYang were absolute legends — super friendly and made everything a breeze. Great spot to chill before our flight to Australia, with good food, drinks and a comfy vibe. Only downside: our DragonPass didn’t cover the showers or the cocktail, which was a bit of a bummer. Still, with the top-notch service and relaxed atmosphere, it’s definitely worth a stop-in.
