1.00Do not book this experience. Tickets were not available via the app and the attraction had never heard of Viator. On contacting Viator support 24/7 it took them over an hour to respond to helping with the voucher and as this was an airport attraction this did not allow enough time to experience the attraction. Feel very disappointed and let down by Viator and the Jewel, if they are selling tickets for the Jewel then you would expect the Jewel to be able to assist. My family were upset that they could not do the attraction booked and we had set off early to the airport especially to be able to do it. Book direct with the attraction.

5.00Jewel Changi is not just an airport, it's an amazing experience for sure...imagine being at an airport with a multi story mall, with high-end shopping, variety of other stores, restaurants, attraction parks for all ages (for a fee) a cinema and more. But the main attraction to the airport on arrival, departure or a long layover is the Waterfall Vortex feature in Terminal 2...which can also be seen via a connecting bridge or train transfer to the other terminals....free to everyone who visits the airport with a nightly light show....I saw firsthand why it is the world's number one airport.

5.00The Jewel lived up beyond expectations. Walking on the net was mind blowing experience. Changi airport was on my daughter’s wishlist for sometime & i am so glad i made this happen. It just amazing how an airport terminal is turned into a tourist spot with so many fun activities & shopping mall.

4.00The view from the canopy bridge was great. The waterfall was amazing from all angles. The glass floor on the canopy bridge was fun and the overall experience was exciting
