The ticket is valid for both adults and children. Children below 3 years old enter for free. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older while at the attraction.
Ticket does not include Virtual Reality (VR) Thrillcoaster and Virtual Reality (VR) Racing experiences.
Madame Tussauds Singapore does not offer refunds or replacements in the event that any featured entitlement is unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
The Marvel 4D Show will end on 15 April 2026 - If you bought a ticket before this date that includes the show but visit after 15 April 2026, you will receive a replacement: one snack and one canned drink (worth $8.50). All other admission and attraction access at Madame Tussauds Singapore remain unchanged.

4.00Had so much fun here. Sometimes you need to make the most of your situation. We had so much fun doing "silly poses - that others joined in". The first part is very traditional Asian, as is many of the personalities - which is fair enough as we are in an Asian country and that is exactly who it needs to cater for. BUT, there are plenty of the Hollywood movie stars along side the Bollywood ones, I would highly recommend a visit here. The boat ride is also worth it for a change of scenery.

3.00Was a little disappointed really. Quite ordinary . Paid the extra to see 3D show & glad we did as the rest was only so so.

4.00Great amount of wax figures, but felt there were some items that shouldn't be there like the SIngapore history portion.
