5.00Don was our guide and he was excellent. Everything went very smoothly and was very well organized to ensure we got the most out of the tour. We didn’t initially receive confirmation about the time from our pick -up from the hotel, but this was resolved after a call to the tour operator. If you have a pick up from the hotel, just keep the tour operators number handy for a call to confirm the time you’ll be collected 👍🏻

5.00We were fortunate enough to have Don Johnson (just without the Johnson) as our guide. He was funny and informative. Told us the best position to be on the river cruise. I highly recommend this from being picked up at our hotel to having the choice to be dropped off at Lau pa sat (we took advantage of that)
Disappointed as not what was expected. A totally different tour. Not cruise. Only a 45 minute cruise at the very end

2.00What we expected was a Starry Night Cruise, but that was at 8:20pm to see the Spectre Light Show in front of Marina Bay Sands. Lovely though it was. We were met at Singapore Flyer. Not working. Then loaded into a bus to see the Merlion.. then dropped off opposite Gardens By The Bay to see the light show from across the way. What we expected and is in the description was definitely not what was offered. Dissatisfied to say the least. I only booked this to see the 2 light shows from the cruise boat, not anything else, as I've been to Singapore before.

5.00Our guide, Meg, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, answering all our questions. The cruise itself was enjoyable, and the light show was okay. The Gardens by the Bay were impressive. The show is 15 minutes long. We enjoyed our night out. The only caveat was that the driver was half hour late in picking us up and that change the activities on the tour slightly. We contacted the agent at via tour and she was very helpful in connecting with the driver as we were not notified of the delay.

5.00Don was a fantastic guide for our tour very friendly and knowledgeable. We saw Gardens by the Bay light show, Clarke Quay and Marina Sands by boat. Magical light shows and a wonderful way to see beautiful Singapore at night. Thanks Don for a unforgettable experience

1.00The pick up experience was terrible! We were told 5:30. Pm on our booking an on our reminder the day before. Location was pier pickup. We were there by 5 in pick up area where all the guides were. At 5:15 we got an email saying pick up was now at 5:05 at buses parking. It was already past 5:05 when the message arrived. Ran to the buses but they had already left. NEVER again with trip advisor
