  This was a great excursion. We had a short time in Singapore and this excursion was the highlight of our trip. The light show was very nice, but the night-time boat cruise was the excellent ! What a fantastic view of the city at night. Well worth the investment. Do early so you get ideas on where to go after.

  

  

  

  

  

• Don’t waste your money

  We booked this tour expecting a well-organised evening experience, but it was deeply disappointing. The driver arrived around 30 minutes late, then drove in circles collecting guests — including stopping at one location where no one was there. We passed the same streets multiple times while the driver rushed to make up time. There was no clear itinerary provided at booking, and we were shuffled between buses and left waiting at various stops without explanation. The weather was severe (heavy rain, thunder and lightning). While rain can’t be controlled, guest safety and comfort should be considered. We were directed to walk through Marina Bay Sands in torrential rain and were soaked. The boat ride proceeded, but there weren’t enough covered seats, so we opted not to join. Most disappointing was the company’s response — our concerns were dismissed as “normal for shared tours,” and no refund or goodwill was offered. Overall, extremely poor value and poorly managed.

  This was more than we expected. The tour was one of the highlights of our 5 day trip to Singapore. Don our tour guide really made the tour. He had one liners every few minutes. Finished the tour at Lau Pa Sat Hawker markets which was where we planned to go for dinner. We were collected from our hotel by bus and could have been dropped back at end but decided to have dinner instead. Book the tour, you won't regret it.

  

  

  

  

  

  

• Efficient way to see the Garden Rhapsody & Spectra Show

  This tour made it easy to see the Merlion and two of the key light shows and have a quick cruise around the Marina Bay - all "must see" aspects of Singapore. I'm glad I did it the first night I was in town, as it also allowed me to get a feel for the area and note some restaurants I checked out later. Good to note that the Spectra Show is positioned to ideally be seen from the Marina Bay Sands complex, but it was still very enjoyable from the water.

  A great way to see Singapore at night! We covered a lot of ground in 4 1/2 hours. Singapore at night is a must-see.

  Don was very good as our tour guide - very informative and it was a great experience all round. Even if it rained for the first part.

  The whole excursion was managed very poorly. We were picked up at 5p only to be dropped at a meeting site where we were not told who our guide was and had to wait over an hour in the heat. When we were assigned a guide we waited in the heat for another 30 mins while they put people on buses only to take them off and put them on other buses (including elderly with canes). The bus took us to our first site where we were told to go see a site and return promptly before asking the guide exactly what time was considered “promptly”. We then traveled to the super tree park to see the light up trees. The whole light show was underwhelming. We had to basically run to the bus when it was done to get to the boat ride. It was only at this time we were offered water. The boat ride was nice and scenic and more relaxing. There was a 15 min light, water and laser show that was fun. We opted to take a Grab back to our hotel tha deal with the guide and bus ride. Do yourself a favor. Take a Grab to do the night time boat ride. You see all the big sites without the crowds, have a breeze to help with the hot weather, and see a fun light show.
