1.00Good activity for kids and families- would just buy tickets at venue as we were unable to use tickets we bought on Viator. When asked about it Viator were unsupportive and refused to issue refund.

1.00Do not buy these tickets! The correct tickets were not sent to me and we were turned away at the ticket counter. The QR code issued for the tickets was not correct and I had received no other ticket information other than the QR code. Absolute rip off and just another scam business!!

3.00it was okay, not the wow factor that I had expected, it made for a long day on the island waiting and waiting for the night time show, you have to go early as otherwise it is way too cramped if you go later, people everywhere and a lot of rude people, pushing and shoving, monorail was packed
Viatour tickets were not valid

1.00When I clicked on "GET TICKET" it took me to the app that had a"redeemable voucher". This Voucher was not acceptable to the event ticket office and we were refused entry. What I assumed was the event manager said he had had trouble with Viatour before. Luckily there were seats still available, so to avoid disappointment we repurchased tickets from the box office and will be claiming back from Viatour.
The booking was perfect....
