The Sip & Savour Wine Tour focuses on tantalising the taste buds, with food pairings to compliment your Waiheke Island wine tasting experience. Come and indulge in everything Waiheke as you Sip & Savour your way across the island. On arrival to Waiheke Island one of our guides will greet you at the wharf to welcome you to our beautiful island. Look out for “The Wine Tasting Company” sign board. (If you are staying on Waiheke, contact us for pick up times) Our tour starts off with a scenic drive as you soak up the sights of our magical island, from galleries, shops, restaurants, vines and golden sand beaches. Your local guide will share stories about Waiheke, our discovery of wine and olives, our celebrities “world famous on Waiheke” of course and our little visitors (Godwits) who have chosen Waiheke as part of their international stop over. You will enjoy some food pairing wine tastings with fabulous views. Lunch will either be a shared platter lunch + glass of wine OR a main + glass of wine at one of our favorite venues. Waiheke Island is only a 45min ferry ride from Auckland, making this tour an ideal option for day trippers, with a tour duration of approx. 5.5 hours.

5.00My dad and I joined a tour with Cami and Tui to celebrate my university graduation, and it was such a wonderful experience! Cami was incredibly thoughtful throughout the day, showing us beautiful scenery while sharing fascinating insights about wine and Waiheke Island. All three wine tastings were fantastic, and the shared lunch platter was delicious and more than enough for the two of us. Everything felt warm, relaxed, and very well organised!! I will come back again with friends next time!
Do not missed this amazing adventure!

5.00Excellent tour for wine enthusiasts and foodies! Guide was great, personable and informative! 1 olive oil tasting with amazing several olive oils! 4 wineries with tastings and 2 with food pairing. All were fun and good wine! Will book again on a return trip! Met new people on our tour who were delightful.

5.00We hit the jackpot with this tour. Our guide Cami who is a long term resident of the island was our guide and we had her all to ourselves. She was very knowledgeable and took us to see many beautiful places on the island. The olive grove and tasting was a great start to the tour - very classy venue. The wineries where we sampled wine and tasty treats were awesome. Lunch at Stoneyridge was delicious and plentiful.

5.00We had originally booked the hop on hop off tour but at the last minute changed our minds and booked this tour. So glad we did. We hit the jackpot. Cami was our guide and we had her all to ourselves. She is a resident of the island for many years and therefore had lots of knowledge and showed us some beautiful places. The wineries and tastings were amazing. All very unique. The included lunch at Stoneyridge Vineyards was also delicious.
If you love good, wine and spectacular scenery with the perfect tour guide, this is the experience to go for.

5.00What an amazing small group tour of this beautiful island. Our tour guide Dean was incredible and gave us a great history of the island and current occupants. The vineyards and tasting we had were top class and lunch was also very good. Would highly recommend this tour company - cannot be beaten.

5.00Amazing tour! Had such a wonderful day tasting delicious wines and learning about the beautiful island of Wahieke. Cami our guide was the absolute best! It felt like a friend showing you around her hometown. She was so passionate and knowledgeable about the region. 10/10 recommend!

5.00Cami was wonderful! She was ready at the pier on the Island with a sign with our names on it and she was very personable! The tastings were really nice. Plenty of time at each winery and very detailed tasting descriptions. Cami was accommodating and really seems to enjoy her job!
