3.00Disappointed the Palaces were not included. I felt this was very unclear that the palaces are not on general tours and that you must book with different options. We were not the only ones in our group who traveled thousands of miles, and were not able to see the whole thing.

5.00Having been on many different tours before, this was the best guide I have ever had. Aside from being extremely knowledgeable about the Alhambra (as you would expect), Fatima was able to communicate clearly and concisely to a group of various native speakers but in a way that related to all participants but with a great balance of education and humour. She really was excellent.

1.00MAKE SURE each ticket has the name of each individual going in this tour. I bought 3 tickets all under my name. Unfortunately Viator couldn’t or wouldn’t change the ticket names even with valid passports. Viator would not refund the duplicate tickets nor would they simply change the names in the tickets so we all could go on the tour. I RARELY leave poor reviews but this situation seemed to me that it should have been a fairly easy “fix”. Bummer. Complete and huge disappointment!
