That was the second visit for me and I enjoyed it as much as the first time. First time for my friend who was with me, he had a hard time but still alive! Employees super friendly, thank you and see you again soon!

This kept popping up when searching for things to do in Malmö, and I was hesitant at first but glad I went for this unique experience. You can read about and sometimes smell the disgusting or taboo exhibits at your own pace, and at the end you can sample some of the foods. Our sampling guide was very encouraging and had a great sense of humor, though he still couldn’t convince me to eat the giant beetle or cricket. I loved the running record sign of “days since last vomit” that’s updated daily. Made me chuckle! Over all this was a great, quirky experience that I would recommend to anyone with an hour or two to spare in the city. Just beware, the smells stayed in my nose for long after I left the museum!
Well worth a visit.

Gross and engrossing. A few videos and a lot of annotated displays, so probably not suitable for younger children. Smell and taste foods from around the world. I managed the insects and grubs and even the fermented shark, but the Swedish cheese. REALLY! 2 unforgettable hours. Try the 'hot sauce challenge' at the end of your visit.

The people here are absolutely amazing, me and my friends had an outstanding experience here at the Disgusting Food Museum, with honorable mention to Eric, Elia & Sana and we will for sure be coming back to visit next time we are in Malmo!

Amazinggg! I absolutely loved the entire experience — everything from the atmosphere to the energy around me. Elya and Erik made it even more special; they were incredibly welcoming, fun, and just genuinely great people to be around. Their vibe brought so much positivity and comfort, and it felt like we’d known each other for way longer. The moments we shared were filled with laughs, good conversations, and memories I know I’ll hold onto. Overall, it was truly unforgettable — an experience made even better because of them.

Stinky wired foods all over the world!! Quite interesting unique museum!! Staff at the museum are very nice!! I recommended this museum to all generations!

Was there with my boy and we had a fun experience. Lots of exciting facts and "disgusting" food. Nice staff and clean and tidy. The tasting at the end was exciting, one of us managed everything. Will certainly go there again.

Very interesting. The best part.... try the insects and other "noxious foods" 😅. I couldn't but try the spices.

The Museum of Disgusting Foods is worth a visit. The reservations online made sense and saved us Waiting time in line. The exhibition was informative and well organized.
