The guide was absolutely wonderful, informative, friendly and answered all our questions. The only part that I didn’t like is that we were to meet in front of Doge Palace, there were a lot of tours there, and we had no directives as to where or what color flag and when we finally found the group with the help of another tour guide the flag didn’t say Viator. It was very confusing
