5.00Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour very enjoyable. They explained the history of the palace from the outside, and then we toured the inside, where most of the Sisi items and history are explained.

4.00Our tour guide was really lovely and knew her stuff! But it was hard to hear her if you got behind, or to see what she was gesturing to/talking about. Some of the rooms are really small so it’s impossible for the whole group to be nearby. There wasn’t really a line to slip when we arrived at 1:00, so honestly I think I’d have preferred to go through the exhibits on our own with the audio guide.

5.00Amazing tour! We spent the first hour inside the museum and the second half outside learning about important parts of the palace and grounds nearby. I learned so much and it was very interesting!

5.00Great tour!! You can easily see the museum on your own with the supplied listening device, but the guide provides so much more information. Self guided people breezed by, while we enjoyed stories with depth that tremendously enhanced the experience. Our guide was exceptional.
