3.00Entrance ticket was sent out very late - less than 1 hour before entry time which caused stress. Also it was only sent out out following me chasing up to see why it hadn't been sent to me

1.00The worst experience I have ever had… we met at meeting place and guide was not there… we met other local guides that dealt with viator and they did not recognize the tour sub contractors name
The “self guided tour”...

2.00The “self guided tour” provided literally no guidance. Google Maps tried to direct us through a secured street to reach the starting point. Also tickets were not delivered timely. Multiple random security guards and tour operators tried to assist before the tickets were randomly delivered roughly 5 minutes before the tour was to begin. The delay caused undue stress in a throng of literally thousands of people. Ultimately, the museums are amazing. Spend more time in the Sistine chapel side. There are many more exhibits on that side.

1.00Totally overrun and absolutely unfriendly staff. You just get pushed through and see almost nothing. And for that you pay 57€ per nose.
