5.00Our ride from the airport to the hotel was so smooth! Ambrose picked us on time and at a great spot with easy loading. He shared stories and visited the entire way which we loved. Would definitely use the service again when we are back in NYC!

5.00We were so happy to get Ambrose for both legs of our long trips from JFK to Manhattan in awful traffic. The traffic doesn’t rattle him. He kept us laughing all the way. Nice clean comfortable suv and arrives on time for pickups after texting first. It’s a great car service and we will recommend Prem’s. Ambrose is the best!

5.00Myself and my friend enquired about transport from jfk into nyc with various companies. Prems luxury replied immediately and had great prices. Their communication throughout was fantastic. They contacted us via WhatsApp upon arrival at jfk with details about our driver and transport and where to meet them. The car was spotlessly clean and the driver was super friendly and helpful. They were efficient when collecting us for our return to the airport and the driver again was so friendly and chatty, would highly recommend

5.00Prem’s Luxury is the BEST if you are looking for safe and reliable transportation in the NYC region and around. We first used their services in 2021 and have used them exclusively since. Let me tell you what sets Prem’s Luxury apart from other car services! Prem is the epitome of professional . His cars are luxurious and clean, there is ample room for even large families and always water available if you’re thirsty after a trip. There have been times he arranges stops on the way into the city so my tourist family can see the NYC skyline! His driver will contact you the night before your trip to tell you the plan and procedures to meet you upon arrival, this eliminates all questions and worries! They follow your flight so if you arrive early or late, your driver will be there. Then once you arrive, you text your driver to plan exactly where to meet once you have your suitcases. And again, the day before you need to go back to the airport, the driver will contact you and tell you where and when he will meet you for pick up. We have also used Prem for sightseeing trips within New York City. He has arranged for a driver to take us to Dyker Heights to see the Christmas lights for an evening and back to Brooklyn where the Driver knew exactly where to stop to get great photos of the Brooklyn Bridge at night . We consider Prem a true friend of our family - here’s why…In 2023, we arranged for Prem to pick us up at LGA to take us to Midtown Manhattan. All went smoothly. We have planned to stay in Manhattan for 4 days however on the day after we arrived, a family member went into cardiac arrest and we needed to fly home immediately. I called Prem and within 25 minutes he had a driver at the hotel to take us back to the airport to catch a flight that left within an hour. That is Service! That is friendship! That is who you can trust. Prem’s rates are more than reasonable. Either the same or Only slightly more than an Uber or taxi, but you will notice the difference because these drivers drive safely rather than trying to complete a job as quickly as possible to catch the next fare. If you want safe, reliable, luxurious transportation in the New York City area and surroundings, contact Prem. You will never be disappointed.
