5.00Prem’s Luxury Travel went above and beyond for me. I had a sudden family emergency and needed a last-minute ride to the airport in New York City. They responded immediately, were incredibly professional, and got me where I needed to be without any stress. The vehicle was spotless, the ride was smooth, and the service was truly exceptional during a very difficult moment. Highly recommend — five stars all the way.

Good communication before he picked us up and very helpful as we had to go to a different terminal to pick up a friend we were meeting, who managed to get lost in the airport. Ambrose was very patient and we found our friend and had a smooth ride to our hotel. Efficient, reliable & friendly service, thank you!

5.003rd time using Prem’s and wouldn’t hesitate using these guys again! Ambrose picked us up from JFK; and Prem dropped us back after our trip. Super friendly service and look forward to seeing them again on our next trip to NYC 🗽🇺🇸🗽🇺🇸

5.00Ambrose was outstanding.JFK is crazy busy and he made our arrival easy. Provided regular updates once we touched down. No need to wait in the taxi queues or find the train he just provided the pick up point and it was simple. Ambrose was just so easy going and informative and made all the kids feel comfortable. Vehicle was clean and had enough room for 6 of us and luggage. Thank you Ambrose and Prems for giving us a great start to our NY visit.

5.00Fantastic experience! We booked Prem’s for drop off and pick up between Manhattan and Cape Liberty cruise port. Were were travelling from the UK and communication was via Messenger. They responded quickly and answers were thorough. Our driver both ways was Ambrose. He was professional, friendly, helpful and ridiculously understanding when we hadn’t realised we needed to pay cash. So he accepted the short amount we had on the way there without fuss and accepted our word that we’d make good on return-which of course we did! Tipped 20% each way but he deserved more. Unfortunately, the ship’s ATM ran out of cash last day. For their part, Prem’s Luxury Travel also accepted our word and happily agreed to send Ambrose for the return journey. I have no hesitation in recommending PLT and Ambrose in particular. We’re a family of 6 and had lots of luggage but the car felt safe and spacious. Very smooth ride! I have no hesitation in recommending PLT and would definitely use them again if/when we return to NY!

5.00I’ve used Prem’s Luxury Transportation multiple times throughout the year and I highly recommend his fabulous team. Everyone—from Ambrose to Kris, and even Prem himself—has been absolutely wonderful. They’re always on time, professional, and give clear directions on where to meet, especially when arriving at the airport. After a long flight, they make the trip to the hotel smooth and seamless. They’re also very accommodating—if you let them know in advance, they’ll make sure to send a vehicle that fits any extra luggage or suitcases you may have. I will definitely continue using this black car service every time I’m in NYC!

5.00Superb from start to finish. This is the second time we have used Prems when flying to NYC from the UK. Both times the drivers have messaged before our flight and explained where we will be collected/how it works. Both times the driver has arrived when they said and we haven't had to wait & have had zero hassle. We had Chris the first time last year and he was superb! Ambrose was excellent this most recent visit in July 2025, taking us both into and back out of NYC to JFK, great to chat too and genuinely wanted to do a great job! He knew some shortcuts as well which are always appreciated! We got picked up and dropped off right outside the terminal building both times, turned up for our return collection on time as well. Cannot recommend them enough and having used them twice now will definitely always use them for any future NYC trips Thank you Prems & Ambrose & Chris!
