We will spend a few hours exploring some of the best Blue Mountains natural landscapes from the options listed below with a series of short guided wilderness walks away from the crowds: * Immerse yourself in a Jurassic wonderland of giant tree ferns and rainforest that has changed little since the time of the dinosaurs. * Wander through secluded groves of towering Eucalyptus trees, serenaded by birdsong as you breathe in the fresh mountain air and contemplate the region's ancient indigenous heritage. * Dip your toes in crystal clear mountain streams that meander through rainforest canyons before plummeting dramatically as waterfalls to the valley below. * Get up close to ancient sandstone cliffs, intricately eroded over millions of years, that are covered in a dazzling tapestry of mosses, ferns and wildflowers. * Discover native Australian animals in their natural environment, rather than in a zoo.
Sublime Point Lookout
One of the most spectacular of all the Blue Mountains lookouts. From Sublime Point you will gaze out from the rim of a vast canyon towards a seemingly endless wilderness of sandstone plateaux, escarpments and gorges filled with eucalyptus trees, wildflowers and Gondwanan rainforest. During the warmer months we'll enjoy a picnic lunch here in the shade of Eucalyptus trees.

5.00What an amazing trip we had all thanks to Craig's professionalism: he was on time, showing us some amazing lookouts in the blue mountains where NO CROWDS were. It was just our group and nature. We were lucky to spot many kangaroos in the wild as well. An Australian pie is included and the choices also included vegan or gluten free options, for those who need special restrictions. Extremely highly recommended!!!! Thanks again, Craig, for sharing your knowledge and experience with us.
Do this tour if you don’t want to do the touristy stuff at Blue Mountain.

5.00A great day trip to explore Blue Mountain. We hiked and climbed stone walls and sandstone structures to see the expansive landscape of the plateaus and valleys, as well as walked through the temperate rainforest of the valley. We walked through uneven grounds, proper footwear is a must. Craig is a patient, knowledgeable and kind local guide who took good care of our group. Highly recommended.

5.00Craig is a wonderful guide to the beautiful Blue Mountains. He is very passionate about the area and shared a wealth of knowledge. The small group format was perfect. We visited lovely sites and got to see places that most tourists don’t see. The first stop was the most difficult and we were thankful we had sturdy walking shoes. Weather was amazing and the views were spectacular. The picnic lunch was a traditional meat pie and it was so nice to enjoy it in nature. Seeing cockatoos and kangaroos in their natural environment was awesome. If you want to see the Blue Mountains as an insider, this is the tour for you! I highly recommend this tour.

5.00Craig was an amazing tour guide. He had a wealth of knowledge on the history of the area, including special tidbits that not everyone would know about. He clearly was a nature lover and cared very much about the environment and the area he was introducing us to. It was a very engaging uplifting, and beautiful tour. The blue Mountains were incredibly beautiful as well as the rainforest. Loved seeing the cockatoos up close! Thank you, Craig, for an amazing experience!!

5.00This tour was active, original, home-grown, and beautiful. Craig the tour leader is kind, friendly, and informative. The tour has several short hikes that are rather strenuous (but brief) so be aware of that if you have poor knees/hips. Craig made accommodations for a couple of people in our group, but it did mean they missed out on a couple of spots. The rest of us happily scrambled up rocks and through the bush to get to unique views and destinations. I was a solo traveler and had a great time! Craig has top-notch music taste, too (for some of the driving portions of the trip).

5.00A great day out with Craig as our guide. He took us to some really cool places that the average tourist never sees. There was a fair amount of walking on the first few stops and the first one was quite a challenging walk, so make sure you wear sturdy footwear. We had a lunch stop where we ate our pie’s, which were delicious. Seeing the kangaroos in the wild was fantastic and we got some great photos. It was a cloudy evening, so unfortunately we didn’t get to see much of a sunset, but the picnic tea that Craig supplied was a nice end to the day. It was quite chilly once the sun set, so I was glad I took a warm jacket to put on. Be prepared for a very long day, we left at 11am and were dropped off at 10pm.

5.00We had an amazing day in the Blue Mountains! It was great to be part of a small group. We got to know each other very quickly. Craig took us to places away from the main tourist spots. Stunning views after a bit of hiking. Absolutely worth the effort. We were very lucky with the weather and took some great photos. At the end of the day we saw the Three Sisters in a stunning light and the sunset over the mountains. Craig looked very well after all of us. Thank you, Craig!
