5.00In today's world of non-personal customer service interactions, it's rare to find a customer-centric organization. Courtesy Private Charters is that rare gem. We arrived at LPIA and experienced a temporary mobile phone outage. Mark and his company made numerous attempts to contact us and patiently waited as we navigated customs and finally made it to ground transportation. Mark was actively searching for us with great determination. Once we made contact, we experienced one of our most informative shuttle transfers as Mark provided an excellent narrative of his homeland - complete with restaurant and entertainment recommendations. Our return trip to LPIA was just as efficient and timely. We wholeheartedly recommend Courtesy Private Charters for your transportation needs.

5.00Experience was fantastic. Booking was so easy and Courtesy Private Charters kept in constant contact two days before our flight and when we landed. Our driver ( Mark) was waiting for us when we left customs. Great narrative drive to Atlantis with Mark pointing out historical sites, restaurants and shops.

5.00Mark from Courtesy Private Charters escorted my family of six from Nassau airport to Comfort Suites Paradise Island. He was amazing. We got the full narrated tour on the way and even stopped and got us a taste of Sky Juice on the way! Highly recommend
