The Golden Circle and the Blue Lagoon are the two most popular sights to visit in Iceland. Book this small group day tour and enjoy visiting both the Golden Circle and the Blue Lagoon in a relaxing fun filled day. Admission to all sights, also the Blue Lagoon, is included in the tour price so as soon as you have booked you can relax and start looking forward to your adventure.
Your first stop is at the Thingvellir National Park, the UNESCO listed World Heritage Site. This is where the American and Eurasian tectonic plates meet, which allows you the unique feeling of having one foot in each world. Next destination is the famous Geysir Hot Spring. Watch Strokkur erupt every few minutes up to 30 meters high. Here you can buy a lunch during the stop. Gullfoss the Golden Waterfall is next and will amaze you with its beauty and raw power. Adding even more, you will visit the Kerid Volcanic Crater before heading off the Blue Lagoon for a relaxing end to a great day.

5.00An excellent trip which was made all the more enjoyable by our host, Nicola. Not only does she drive, she makes the day fun with her knowledge sharing and singing. It was well managed with frequent stops , the highlight for us being in the blue lagoon. Thank you for showing us some of the amazing sights of Iceland!

5.00The tour was a great way to see some of the key amazing sites in one day. The mini bus driver Axle was informative and the the tour was well organised. The landscape was spectacular with the geysers and the gulfoss waterfall being the highlights from a picturesque perspective. The blue lagoon was a wonderful experience and one to remember, it certainly wasn't too busy and overcrowded so perhaps February is a good time to travel here. A great day all round and some beautiful memories made. Yes the coffees and beers are expensive but that is Iceland for you so be prepared for that as well as wrapping up very warm. The fact you can take a bag and leave it on the minibus is very handy, thank you Axle !
