What To Expect
Our guide will come to your hotel in the Old Quarter to pick you up. A short briefing before we start.
Old Quarter
On a 3 hours walking tour, you’ll explore the culture and history of Hanoi as you step into a world full of street food vendors. Unlike big cities all around the world, street food in Hanoi are not just hot dog carts and pretzel stands, we offer an opportunity to try out many different dishes at local food stand as well as local family restaurants. A rotating menu from day-to-day to represent the variety of delicious options, but tastings might include, but are subject to change: rice noodle soup with beef, rice noodle with chicken, rice noodle with grilled pork, snail, or dry noodle, sticky rice, along with various kinds of donut, steamed pancake or Vietnamese sandwiches.

5.00Rik was an amazing tour guide. We were taken around some beautiful local food spots and got to try a large variety of Vietnamese foods. Everything was delicious! Rik also told us loads about the history of the city and really made our day enjoyable! It's a must do!

5.00We did Minh’s street food tour around lunchtime and had a fantastic experience. With so many food tour options in Hanoi, we’re really glad we picked this one. Minh, being born and bred in the city, clearly knows the local food scene inside out. He took us to places we never would have discovered on our own and helped us try dishes we wouldn’t have known how to order—especially as vegetarians. He made sure everything we tried suited our dietary needs, without missing out on the authentic street food experience. Minh was friendly, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. If you’re looking for a genuine taste of Hanoi with someone who really knows their way around, this tour is a great choice.
