On a 3 hours walking tour, you’ll explore the culture and history of Hanoi as you step into a world full of street food vendors. Unlike big cities all around the world, street food in Hanoi are not just hot dog carts and pretzel stands, we offer an opportunity to try out many different dishes at local food stand as well as local family restaurants. A rotating menu from day-to-day to represent the variety of delicious options, but tastings might include, but are subject to change: rice noodle soup with beef, rice noodle with chicken, rice noodle with grilled pork, snail, or dry noodle, sticky rice, along with various kinds of donut, steamed pancake or Vietnamese sandwiches.

We had the most incredible trip. We ate a LOT of authentic, delicious food and Patrick was awesome. We definitely ate at places we would never hate found ourselves. Highly recommend.

It was a very interesting evening walk through the delicious street foods scene in Hanoi's Old Town. Bob was a fantastic story teller. He was born and grew up in the surrounding and knows a lot of stories behind the official tourist places. Definitely will recommend the tour.

Excellent tour! Our guide Minh was great and knew all the best places to get vegan food to tailor the tour for me. Food was delicious and Minh was the best!!

Had an amazing time going to locations we never would have found on our own, down alleyways into areas only the locals know. Patrick was an amazing guide, sharing so much local knowledge with us beyond just the food. His English was excellent. He had preorganised the locations so well so we could sit down together. The small group atmosphere was brilliant, we met people that were catching up with again. Would recommend to anyone. Such a great way to get to know a little bit of Hanoi having never been before.

Incredible and fun experience. 10/10 recommend. It was a 3 hour walking tour with lots of food. Might want to skip lunch to prepare. James was a Wonderful guide.

Had a great time with Mai. She took us around, explained not only about the food but also the cultural influences on how food evolved. One of the best inductions to Vietnamese food. Highly recommended.

I cannot speak highly enough of this food tour with the amazing guide Mai. We ate incredible food, learnt about how the Vietnamese live in the old quarter & got to experience the area. Mai was friendly, knowledgable & the perfect guide. It felt like we were being shown around by a friend. We have cancelled our restaurant reservation for this evening so we can return to one of the spots she took us to- the food is better than what we have experienced in expensive Hanoi restaurants. Thank you Mai!!

Walking tour through the old quarter with Nick, an enthusiastic, true foodie. Several stops for different dishes. All were delicious. Restrictions were accommodated. Definitely recommend!

Excellent and well crafted food tour of Hanoi. Peter was fantastic in showing us a glimpse of Hanoi street food culture. Would definitely recommend everyone to be part of this experience while in Hanoi.
