  A great experience! Small group. Wonderful guide for food and Hanoi history. I'd do it again because I ate food I didn't know about and the food choices were amazing.

  Mai was an exceptional guide for us. She showed us the inside and outside of the old quarter. We had very delicious food. It was a colorful, exciting tour and after many tours in other cities around the world, Mai’s tour was the best food tour we have had!

  This street food tour was an amazing experience! Our tour guide Rik was super helpful and explained all of the different food throughout the tour. Highly recommend!

  During this interesting tour, we got to know the main dishes of Vietnamese cuisine. A young guide welcomed us warmly in the hotel lobby. Throughout the tour, we visited several restaurants and tasted dishes such as Bun Cha, spring rolls, Banh Mi, and others. We were also offered drinks. However, I missed a more in-depth explanation about the history of Vietnamese cuisine and its dishes—how it has evolved over time and how it differs across regions. I would have preferred the guide to stay closer to the group, lead the conversation, and proactively share stories not only about the food but also about the city, which we walked through quite a bit. It would also be great if the guide had some personal experience with cooking, as that would add an extra layer of authenticity to the tour.
