A 3.5-hour food tour indulging in the best of Michelin Guide Singapore food & other popular hawker food stalls right in the heart of Chinatown.

Singapore is a melting pot of flavours and on this food-focused walking tour, you can sample a variety of delicious dishes from the multi-cultural community of Singapore (Chinese, Malay, Indian and Peranakan) and explore the ethnically diverse neighbourhoods of Chinatown.

Follow your tour guide through the streets and learn about the history, culture, and heritage of Singapore and discover where the locals like to eat. Get in-depth insights into each dish that you sample (from Michelin guide hawkers and popular food stalls) and hear stories about the local communities. We also proudly take claim for the World’s Cheapest Michelin 1-Star Restaurant! Aimed to satiate discerning taste buds, this tour is a definite must for all foodies! On this 3-hour guided tour, you'll explore the Telok Ayer and Chinatown neighbourhoods and sample local favourites served by humble hawker vendors, heritage brands and household names each backed with an amazing culinary story. Our guides will even take you to sample the world-famous Michelin star hawker - Soya Sauce Chicken Rice. without having to survive a queue! The entire tour will take about 3 hours, depending on group size, walking speed and weather conditions, covering approximately 3km.

Swee Lin was super nice and had lots of information on the cultures and the food. Very interesting places to experience with very good food options. After the tour, we walked around to continue the experience of the area and try all of the recommendations Swee Lin gave us. I love the tour in china town Singapore. I recommend it 100%..

Great host, great food, great fun. Perfect if you can't decide and want to try everything. We went through China town and had plenty of different dishes. Richard was really nice and knowledgeable .

Marcus was very informative and kept us on schedule. He made sure we kept together even though we were walking through crowds. The food was very good, even if unfamiliar to us, and he explained the ingredients very well. In all, it was a well spent morning.
You won't regret it! A wonderful taste of Singapore.

Our tour with guide Rui Heng was fantastic. Not rushed at all, great history lesson, wonderful food, terrific company! Rui Heng's personal touches were truly appreciated.

This was a fabulous tour. Food was plentiful and delicious. Our guide Heng, was outstanding! He was extremely knowledgeable and such a pleasure to be with. While the maximum rating was 5 for the tour, I would give Heng a 10!
