You can't visit Italy without trying at least one pasta dish... So, we'll teach you two!

Learn how to roll 'sfoglia' (fresh pasta) by hand and how to prepare 2 simple different kinds of pasta from scratch with your Cesarina.

As the icing on the cake you will learn to prepare also the iconic Tiramisu.

Share your passion for the Italian cuisine as you make new friends in this hands-on cooking class. It's a great way to truly experience Italian culture.

This was one of our favorite excursions during our trip. We were invited into the home of our wonderful host Daniela taught us how to make two pasta dishes, two sauces and tiramisu. My two children also took part. This is an excellent thing to do for the whole family, and you get to learn how to make pasta. Great tour and thank you Daniela for your generosity, we had a fabulous time.

We were invited into the home of a wonderful Italian couple who were so friendly. We had a wonderful experience and made some great food! This was a very genuine and special experience.

Tiziana and Roberto made us feel welcome and comfortable in their home immediately. Tiziana is an expert in teaching at multiple levels. She’s patient and kind and has a great laugh. We learned so much from her! We can’t wait to try everything at home and share with family and friends. Roberto is knowledgeable about the area and was helpful in giving great advice on what to see while visiting Genova. We feel like we made friends which made Genoa more like home away from home.

This was one of my best experiences on a trip. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. The home was absolutely beautiful. They served us coffee, bread, and wine. The food we prepared was one of the best meals we’ve ever eaten. I cannot recommend this experience enough

The pasta and tiramisu that Tiziana showed us how to make were delicious!even better was the company. Our visit to her home gave us a little peek into Italian life. It was all superb!
